Scheduled appointment. Was given half hour notice the first time. 2and, I asked for 1 day notice, got 1 hrs. Notice. 3rd. trip was fine. Not the right amount, wrong size window. 3 trips were needed to complete job. BETTER communication needed. Nice guys but not communicating well between them.

This guy subcontracts the job out to other people moves on to the next job and never finds out as to was the job completed the window latch has never been attached so if given an overall rating between 1 and 5 and 5 will be the best 1 would be the best I can do.
