Home Advisor responded quickly to my inquiry and the business they referred responded very quickly! I was surprised how fast they responded! The gentleman came out, evaluated the situation and gave me a price. He told me approximately when he could have the work completed as he was already backed up. He came when he said completed the work and did a beautiful job! I am very satisfied!

They came out to measure the windows and gave me an estimate right away. Then a week later I called to hire them for the job and was told the price jumped $400 but with no real explanation as to why the increase of price except that the office said the tech. Made a mistake on his measurements???

They were very easy to work with. They were very conscientious about getter the job done quickly.

S and V glass called right away. They came out and gave me a fair estimate to replace all the seals on my shower door and we made an appointment for them to return to do the work. When they did not show up on time, I had to call them to find out what was going on. I had to reschedule for another day. When they came out, the job turned out terrible! The seals were the wrong ones. He had siliconed them in and left a mess of silicone all over the glass. They also did not replace the bottom seal. He told me to wait a day and it would wash off with glass cleaner. It did not! I called and emailed the company to tell them I was very unhappy. I was told someone would be there that day. When they did not show up by 5, I had to reschedule. On Saturday, a different person who was subcontracted by S and Vcame out. He agreed that it looked terrible. He also said not only were they the wrong seals, they were put in incorrectly. He said the person who originally did it was only a helper and did not know what he was doing. He redid the job, cleaned the silicone off, and now the door looks as good as new. I would only recommend this company if they send out Jose, Jr. from Par De Ases glass and mirror. He was professional, thorough and clean. He showed up when he said he would and finished the entire job.

If you have a problem relating to window repair or replacement, this is the company to call. Less than 24-hrs after contact they were on the job. For all future issues I may have regarding windows, I won't have to think twice on who to call..., period.

Other companies told me it would be 1 to 2 weeks before they could come out. S&V Glass was here and finish the job the next day

The service and level of customer service was beyond exceptional considering all the twists and turns that came along with my project. Consistent communication kept me aware of what was going on and I never lost confidence in the contractor. This was important because the project was replacing a window at my job. Everything was completed on time and looked great. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
