This was my first time using a cleaning service, scheduling the service was easy and I received plenty of reminders about the upcoming appointment. Stephanie and Irene arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were happy to answer any questions I had. They focused on the areas I requested during the initial walk through, but there was a great attention to detail in every room. After the cleaning was over my apartment looked better than when I first moved in! I will be recommending Superb Maids to anyone even if they only need some extra cleaning in their home and will gladly be a repeat customer in the future.

I was sent three professional cleaners that need NO supervision and got right to work They did an excellent job!

Exceptional team, led by a wonderful woman. Her team of three brought my new house (with 20 years of someone else's dirt) to like-new feeling. They scrubbed, sanitized and polished EVERYTHING. Worth every penny of their move-in package. On-time, professional, kind and pretty close to perfect.

I was very, very pleased with the cleaning services provided by Superb Maids and will definitely hire them again. I had originally schedule a cleaning for the Saturday before Easter but one of the cleaning crew who was to tend to our house was injured during an accident the day of. As such, I was texted and received a call in regards to rescheduling. I know some people would be upset by something like this, but accidents happen and I appreciated the straightforward communication and proactive efforts to contact me via multiple methods. We rescheduled for the Monday two days later. Our cleaners were Andrea and Mark. They were extremely friendly upon arrival and paid close attention as I showed them around the house. They had a few questions which showed that they actually cared about doing a good job. We have a small dachshund and they greeted him with joy - I know this is a small thing, but it is something I like to see when vendors come to our house. We left the premises while the cleaning was happening and returned 3.5 hours later. The team was finishing up - I saw Mark on his hands and knees scrubbing the tile underneath our futon to ensure that every last spec of dust was gone. I saw Andrea diligently working on our range grates, an attention to detail I've seldom seen. We were extremely satisfied with the state of our house after the cleaners left. The floor sparkled (we have tile throughout so it is a big job to clean), the bathrooms were great, and they even folded our hand towels into hearts in our master bathroom. Again, this is a small thing but I really appreciated it. Again, we will definitely use Superb Maids's services again and will almost certainly specifically request Andrea and Mark. They were great and we were extremely satisfied.

I have been using Superb Maids for over a year. I have a 2,700 sq. ft. home with 2,100 sq. ft. of walnut wood floors. When they are done, my floors look like satin. They clean in and under everything including base boards, light fixtures, etc. They are trustworthy and I am comfortable leaving them alone in my home. I have my windows cleaned twice a year and they only charge an additional $99 each time - incredible value. I would highly recommend them for your household cleaning needs.

Erica was on time, brought her own supplies, friendly as ever, and worked straight through the day with her partner. She kept asking what more can I do for you. She was careful with my belongings. Honest, I felt a connection the moment I spoke to her on the phone the first time. I truly believe she would have worked 18 hours if I would have asked her to. The price she quoted was fair, and she never complained the entire time. Truly professional and I highly recommend this young ladies company , you will not be disappointed. In a world where people are charging you more for less, you will honestly be surprised that with Erica’s company you get what you pay for , and you will be pleasantly happy and no unhappy surprises

Paid for services Dec 5, 2017, and Supurbmaids set me up for Dec 22, 2017, would arrive between 1-3 pm. I called after 3pm and was told nothing was scheduled. It took awhile and they scheduled me for the next day at 0900 hours. They finally arrived at 0920 hours.

They did a very thorough, and professional job. We paid extra to have them deep-clean our blinds, upon which they also did a great job. They're not cheap, but they are worth every penny. We will be calling them again.

Great! The workers did an excellent job. My bathrooms have never sparkled like that before. There was a little mishap in my kitchen but the company remedied the situation perfectly. Would recommend and would use again. Overall very happy with their services.

The Superb Maids team that worked for us was amazing. They did everything - appliances, blinds, floors, garage, walls, everything!!! To us, living in a clean environment is important. The work they did exceeded our expectations. Often I have found that you pay for the services you get. We felt our money was well spent. I will be using this team again and again!

The maid came on time but spent all her time on the kitchen and one bathroom. the living room was not done nor were the bedrooms and I had to tell her to do the other 2 bathrooms. When I booked the service IU was upcharged since my house is 2100 square feet,

The two women were very professional and they did an amazing job I will use them every time. I got a discount for being a new member and we had the house clean for my daughter's baby shower and they gave me a discount for that too

I was very happy with how well everything was cleaned. Three people came to clean. They were very thorough and left my house dustfree and spotless.

I am SO happy with the work that was completed and my house is spotless now!! My husband noticed details that were cleaned meticulously also. I will absolutely bring them back!! Thank you 🙂

Have been using for 6 months. My team does a fantastic job - I am very critical according to my family and friends. Also my mother has early dementia and they are careful to put things back where they go on counters and tables. I will continue to use my bi-weekly service.

Gerardo, Olga, and another lady (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!!) did an incredible job. The process for scheduling the work was quick and painless through their website. I had some questions I asked through email and got responses within the hour. Detailed in my booking and also reiterated upon the crew's arrival I had some particular requests regarding those nice vacuum lines you see in realstate listings and specific areas I wanted cleaned a certain way. Not only did they exceed my expectations they went above and beyond suggesting other details knowing I'm trying to sell the house. Very considerate and Gerardo and his crew did exceptionally well you wouldn't think I have a constantly shedding white German shepard! I will be hiring them again in the future.
