Ben from Sunshield called as soon as I listed this project. He arrived at the time I requested and within minutes I had a complete estimate. He was extremely thorough unlike an estimate from another company the day before. The workers he scheduled arrived exactly on time and completed my lengthy repair & replacement within a few hours. To begin with, Sunshield Awning Co. is so rare to find companies that are honest, ethical, and dependable. They also just provide outstanding customer service. We interviewed a dozen different companies before settling on Sunshield Awning Co. they were neither the lowest price nor the highest price, but was very competitive. Joe was our contact person for our patio cover. I cannot say enough good things about the integrity of this man! Total asset for Sunshield, he worked long and hard for us, we felt that he was the most honest and reliable of all of the companies we requested bid from, this really paid off when we had design change during the project Joe made the design change a simply process. Sunshield contacted all the authorities and gave us a HOA architectural committee kit with everything we needed for the HOA. From the beginning of the project to the end Joe, Stacy, and the owner stay in-touch with us from beginning to end of the project to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. The team that worked on our patio cover was reliable and responsible people who picked up, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that we were happy with the job at every step. Our project was not easy, not a simple patio cover, we have the cover fan beams, stucco columns and roof tile to match the house on the perimeter of the patio cover.
