After requesting service, I was called within minutes. He was there within a couple hours and made the repair right away. The price was considerably cheaper than the company my warranty had assigned. I cancelled my warranty, as there is always a reason not to approve the claim and Iâ ve had better luck finding companies to help on the Angi website. I will call Sunrise anytime I have another issue. They are awesome, I highly recommend them.

Samantha in the office was great when she called to verify the appointment. Answered questions and gave me arrival times on point. Ozzie was my technician for the estimate and the repairs. He was on time, neat and did the repairs in a timely manner. He double and triple checked the work he did to make sure the door worked perfectly. Great customer service and a really nice guy.

First things first, best customer service Iâ ve experienced in a long time and it seriously turned the day I was having around. They were quick to contact me, able to get out almost immediately & Very kind and compassionate people. Second, Ozzie was super friendly and quick. Didnâ t take advantage of our situation and was kind enough to stick around for a few after he was done to chat. My garage door works great again! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
