I was contacted by Sun Out the same day I requested a quote on replacing our existing solar screens. They were very helpful, efficient, and saved me money by re-screening instead of replacing our existing screens. Since I was going out of town, they completed my small job in 2 days! Would highly recommend!

Peter's work was awesome and he is willing to work with the customer to ensure the product is exactly what is desired. Only problem I had and reason that the customer service is only rated 3.0 is that fact that after i originally contacted them he showed up without an appointment or any other contact. Other than that excellent in all categories...
