+ -1 moreIt was terrible. They have put shutters in two homes for us. The first time, things went well. We were happy with the quality and work, so when we moved again, we called the same company to install our shutters again. This second time was awful!!! The owner moved to Utah and has left his company here in the hands of the most incompetent people. The girl that answers the phone can barely put a sentence together, never the less help with any questions. I had to harass them every couple of days to even find out when my product was coming in because it was way over the 6 weeks they told me it would be. My appointment was in the morning and they showed up late afternoon after I called. Then, when one of the shutters broke in the house they never guaranteed their product as they said they would. My shutter is still broke and the company won't even return my calls or come and to fix it. I even called the main office in Utah and still, no response. I joined this sight specifically to write this review. I would never use this company or recommend it again.

+ -1 more. They did a decent job. They are good and they are reliable. We did interview some other companies but we picked this company. We found them on Angies List. We would use them in the future.

+ 0 moreA representative came to my home and measured the windows I needed window treatments for and said he would send a bid to me. He had no samples, did not send a bid, and did not follow up in any way. This was a frustrating experience and I would never contact this company again.

Description of Work: The salesman was very punctuall actually early. He was very helpful and knowlegable. He was efficent and easily guided me toward products and colors that could work for us.. Although we did not use their product at this time I felt he didn't try to up sell me on any item.

Description of Work: We had been planning to put shutters on our windows ever since we moved into our house which was about 2 years ago. We met a few salesmen from different companies and selected Sundance. We found them to be very professional, Dave gave us the information we needed, and explained different products/options. He did not try to sell us the most expensive product. It is beautiful and we are very happy with the end result. The only thing that made us a little unhappy was that they were not on time on the day of the installation. Overall, we had a great experience, and strongly recommend them.
