On time and had a very small window for arrival time 12to12:15. Very clean work and they picked up after completing there work.

We are so thankful to have come across Jim and Larry for our project. We needed to demo and make a new trex deck around our recessed swim spa. Someone please call me back because I am completely dissatisfied with this company, especially the gentleman I was dealing with on putting up my 3 TVs. He was extremely rude and did not tell me the truth about the pricing among other things. I called Angi and explained my complaint about James Hampton and how he was super rude and tried to overcharge me (and he did overcharge me already by $5 but whatever I don?t care about that). But the job wasn?t fully completed partially it was my fault because I didn?t have all the parts for one of the TVs because I have no idea what the movers did with the bracket for my swivel mount for my tv in my room. So James said don?t worry he?s not unreasonable and he will come by and put the third tv up once I get the bracket or a new tv Mount. He tried calling me last Thursday but it went straight to my vmail and my vmail is always full because recruiters call me everyday and I do delete a lot of the vmails that come in everyday that aren?t important but I guess he called me when I got bombarded with vmail from recruiters that day. He said he was in the area so he figured he would just swing by and put my tv up. I said that?s not professional and he should make an appt and put up my tv to make sure I am home. He said he only came by that day because he was in the area but he couldn?t get a hold of me. I said yeah that?s why I was waiting for you to contact me to make an appt to put up the third TV. He said he?s doing me a favor and it?s gonna cost $60 for him to send one of his guys out to put up the tv to pay for his gas. I said no way!! You promised me you would do it for free!!! He said he was doing me a favor by giving me a discount of 15% off but I had to ask him for that AFTER he quoted me 175 for 3 TVs since I saw a promo email from Angi for 15% off for new customers. He said yeah he did me a favor and took off 15% off because it?s normally supposed to be $220 but he can?t even get his story or his math straight because he wrote on the invoice when he left my house 200-discount 15% = 175 and if he knows how to do math then it should have been 170 but I didn?t say anything about that. I was being nice about it. So after I called Angi today and explained everything to the rep there, she transferred me to the customer service hotline for complaints and I had to explain everything over again and then it was completely silent after 20 min or so and then i asked if he was still there and if he heard everything I said and he said something I couldn?t understand what he said but he basically hung up on me at 5pm PST I guess because that?s what time you guys close so now I have TWO COMPLAINTS because that is completely unacceptable. He should have spoken to me and helped resolve my issue instead or just getting off at 5pm and cutting me off and hanging up on me. Someone needs to call me back ASAP I am expecting someone from Angi to call me back after 10am PST tomorrow (Thursday)!!!!! This is completely unacceptable!! I am literally in tears!!! I called Jim with SunWest Services to give me an estimate on replacing my patio cover and he came out the next day, gave me a very reasonable estimate and by the following week the job was completed in one day with great efficiency and care.

Very proactive, communicates very well - follows up, returns calls and communicates throughout the project. Goes above and beyond to achieve the desired results. Definitely recommend and will hire for future projects

Although they talk about good sales, the quality of work is not great. They never finished the job and scheduled to return and no one returned to complete the project. When I spoke with them, they claimed that they did not know that the person who was to complete the job, had not shown. They made no other attempt to contact me or to complete the job. They will quote you a price steer away from what you actually want and also buy other products and try to get you to pay for it. I really feel like I wasted my money.

We had wood laminate flooring installed in our office, very friendly and they did great work, I will call them again to have other work done and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a project to paint my kitchen walls and change the cabinet color. Jim with Sun West Services called and came out within a day. The estimate was very reasonable and they scheduled the project for the next week. The team was able to match the colors I wanted and they completed the job in one day! The service team was very polite, considerate and professional. They took great care of my home. When they were done I had a new kitchen. I am thinking about adding a small kitchen island and will definitely go back to them for that project when I am ready. Very pleased with everything!

Quick to offer services and was nice to work with. They were hard workers. Recaulked shower pan in 1 bathroom, replaced floor molding in 2 bathrooms, replaced cracked tiles near tub. Started and finished at times promised.

My being out of town was a concern, Jim assured me he could take care of it and he did. The job was completed quickly and efficiently along with pictures. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others. Thank you!

AWESOME, fantastic, professional and affordable experience with Jim and Larry. Jim called ahead and showed up on time for the estimate and all repairs. Very, very clean and the areas they worked on were spotless when finished. Couldn't ask for a better experience, would hire them again in a heart beat and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs around their house. On a scale of one to ten, I'd give them a 100!

Jim and his guy showed up on time. They installed new faucets in all my bathrooms. Quickly. Only complaint for some reason in master bathroom hot and cold turn on opposite to the other 2 bathrooms? Still did a great job at affordable price, will definitely use Jim and his crew again. Already have a chandelier for them to install.

Jim was excellent, professional excellent suggestions and customer service. I will sure call him again the next time I have a project!

My biggest thing is that I am a family person and I am particular on who I let into my home. I was impressed when he came in, very friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my house. They came in and did the work and did all the stuff that my wife bugs me to do. So it's nice for me to have someone else be responsible for that stuff. Did good work and I was pleased and have referred them.
