Description of Work: THE WIRES ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE AC WERE ALL UPGRADED SO I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK TO HAVE SERVICE PERFORMED AGAIN. ADDDITIONALLY, I LIKE THE FACT THAT HE INFORMED ME OF THE PIGEON ISSUE HE NOTICE. HE ALSO TOLD ME I SHOULD CONSIDER IN THE NEAR FUTURE UPGRADING MY A/C. THE ONE I HAVE IS OLD. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Description of Work: Replaced are heating and cooling equipment. Gave us a temporary unit while we waited for the delivery of the new equipment at no charge. So important in the heat of the summer.

Description of Work: Came out same day I called, although it wan't an emergency. Had to replace the Capacitor in one of the units. Very professional and knowledgable serviceman. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Called Sun Country for a quote for replacing the house HVAC. Ray arrived on time for appointment, we discussed what was needed, and he gave me a reasonable quote. One of his competitors even agreed that Sun Country was a good, reliable company. However, I decided that the competitor's better warranty, and their ability to replace the HVAC sooner (the latter was the necessity of Sun Country awaiting crane-availability, so nothing on their behalf), was the deal-maker.

Description of Work: Fixed a very old central air conditioner. Was told by other companies needed a new one for $5000, they fixed it for $500. They did everything professionally on time. Would use them again.

Description of Work: I had another company out to my house because my air conditioner was blowing hot air. The guy was on time and went up to my roof came down and told me I was gonna need another compressor. He wanted 2800 to replace it. I called sun country they offer free second opinions. Spoked with Cheryl and she said she would have some one out to my house the same day which was great since my home felt like an oven. Jose came out and told me my compressor was good all I need it was a capacitor. His price to fix was great so I told him to do it. I had cool air blowing in my house in no time. I'm very satisfy with this company I will for sure use then with any future problems. Thanks sun country!!!!
