Description of Work: We bought 2 Trane AC units from Sun Country 8 or 9 years ago when both of our 20-year-old units finally failed. Ray & Richard did a great professional installation job & have treated us almost like family ever since. Friendly, trustworthy, family-owned companies are hard to find in this town! We have Sun Country perform annual maintenance checks. Then a few days ago a motor failed, & Ray came out promptly to install a temporary motor to make us comfortable until they can get us the replacement part. Really appreciated him going above and beyond!

Description of Work: I had purchased an Angies List deal for HVAC checkup through the vendor. They responded within a couple of days letting me know that they were coming on one of the days I had available. Stephen called when he was on his way. He performed the checkup, replaced a minor part and gave me some good advice on keeping the system running good. Very professional and friendly. This was my second great experience with them. I will definitely call on them when I need HVAC services again.

Description of Work: Got my Mitsubishi mini split working. It took them 3 or 4 visits to complete the job. Seemed to me, they weren't used to working on this kind on unit. They were going step by step according to what their computer told them to do next. Then they had to order the part, wait for it to be delivered, i stall it, find out it wasnt the part they needed, so they ordered the next part on the computer list. Finally got the a/c going. Took 2-3 weeks to get to this point. When winter arriverd, the heater didnt work. Just kind of tired of them, so lived with a space heater for the winter. Very nice technicians, just think they are new to to Mitsubishi systems.
