Just fine. Everything went well.

FABULOUS! I called Sun Country after another contractor tried to get me to buy a new unit. The technician found that only the fan condenser motor was bad and gave me an estimate of $408 to fix. He got the unit running, I paid him the trip charge, and he left. I had another technician on his way for a 3rd opinion, so I declined service at that time. However, I did call back after the 3rd technician left and scheduled Sun Country to come out and fix the unit.

Called them up off the number here on angies list. Got excellent service. Called at 8-30 in the evening, technician was immediately dispatched and was done with the work by 9-30! I didn't even ask if they could come right out, they just offered it and made it happen. I was fully ready to wait until morning and suffer through the night a bit, luckily our house has dual systems so its not too bad, but they got us up an running very quickly. The capacitor they changed was an easy fix, probably could have done it myself much cheaper, but not nearly as fast or confidently or with the courtesy that sun country did.

I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience, I called them on late Friday afternoon and they said they would have someone out the next morning. They said thay had a large job they were starting that morning but would send someone out about 8:00 a.m.. I recieved a call at 6:30 that the repairman was on his way. He was very courteous, checked out the unit that wasn't working and said he had to reconnect a couple of wires. Then he checked out and serviced all four units, some of which needed some minor work. I used the coupon I downloaded off the Angle's website and my total bill was $147.00. I was totally shocked at how little it was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use these people again.

The fan wasn't working in my downstairs air conditioner -- and it was also making a loud, unusual noise. They technician came 2 hours after my initial call (hurray for quick service!). He spent about 15 minutes diagnosing the problem which ended up being that the compressor motor had quit working and needed to be replaced. In another 30 minutes, the problem was fixed. I felt an immediate improvement in the temperature of my house! After the fact, I researched the prices of compressor motors on the internet and the price provided to me was right in the correct ballpark for the part/service I received. I was happy to use the Angie's List coupon as well and save $59. :)

I got the company from Angie's List. Called on a Saturday 6/12 and spoke with Sheryl. Very friendly. Setup service with her. Technician (Jose'?) arrived on time. Showed me what he was looking at and explained what he found. Which was nothing wrong. Yay! Will call them again if I need service or repair

It went well. I called on Friday, the dispatcher said techs could come out the next day, time approximate because sometimes they run in to emergencies during prior service calls which cannot be predicted. (The dispatcher was very friendly and un-rushed.) They came within an hour of their scheduled time and were finished in less than an hour. Fortunately, our units were in good working condition and now they are ready for the summer heat which is just around the corner.

Very honest, and I could tell from the very beginning they knew what they were doing. Spent about 30 minutes up in the attic, cleaned something and the heat has worked perfect ever since. They would not accept any money for even a service call as they honor a FREE second opinion. They will be coming out to do a spring check on my A/C. And I will continue to use them as they have redeemed any fears I've had with dis-honest companies such as Larson.

I had called another company on Angies list, but they were not open on "Black Friday". Their answering service indicated they were closed on holidays. When I had not received a call by the next morning, I called Sun Country. They indicated they could come out today , probably in two hours. They came about 1 hour later and promply solved the problem. My only complaint was that the service cost $189 for just 20 minutes worked. When i asked if they would apply the Angies coupon, they said it was only bgood for inspection work.

This is the second time that we have had them in our house and we have been very pleased with their service. They are on time and they are reasonable. We haven?t had any problem with the work that they had done.

Arrived on time. Discovered the problem with the A/C and repaired in a timely manner. Very professional! They will be my future A/C maintainer / repairer of choice.

I took over my mother?s house, so I started using the same company that she did. They did a disastrous job with putting in an air conditioning unit for me. They checked the older unit and quoted me a ridiculous price of $500 to do the work. I declined to hire them. One or two companies that came off the list took forever to call me back or they just didn?t. I called out Sun Country, and they got back to me. I had them come out on a Saturday, and they were very prompt. Their price was reasonable. The guy came out and did it for $60. I was very pleased with them. They also quoted a very reasonable price to do the yearly check. They didn?t try to sell me anything unlike the other companies.

I liked them a lot. They were very thorough and I would use them again in future.

I noticed that my AC was not blowing cool air and my house stayed at 81 degrees on Thursday morning. I noticed that the fan on my AC unit outside was not running. I needed someone to come ASAP and when I called this company, they said they would be over within the hour and they were. I was told they could replace anything if they had the part on the truck. To my surprise, they did and replaced / installed a new motor and my house was once again cool. I am also high on customer service so when I had called, the lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and we also chatted about other things. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was concerned about a ten year old air conditioner. I called, next day they showed up on time, did their job. They didn't try to sell me on unnecessary work, charged the agree to charge and left.

I made the appt to have a service check on my AC unit before the heat of the desert started. The technician arrived ontime, asked if I had any problems or issues with the unit which I did not. He proceeded to check the unit to ensure that all was running good. When finished he informed me the service check was free, when I purchased the unit from this company a couple of years ago the purchase came with 4 free inspections. I probably forgot about this feature due to the fact that I was so happy to have AC back when the original unit quit working in the middle of summer. Even then this company was the only one in town that could replace the unit within a day and had the best price too. Would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Our air conditioner went out on the first really hot day of the year. We got three bids from three different companies (one even charged me $99.00 to come out and tell me what was wrong and give/sell me a bid). One of the owner's of Sun Country came out at 8:00 p.m. at night and told us he could have a new unit installed the morning of the next day. All we had to do was turn the thermostat to the temperature we wanted the house to be when we got home from work and when we got home from work, the house was nice and cool. He also answered questions regarding the ducting and electric and made suggestions for only necessary fixes. Next morning, the technicians removed the old unit and cleaned up quite nicely. And, the new unit is so quiet and good looking, I like to go outside and admire it........and it's works so well inside that we actually get cold and have to turn it down.....Imagine That, in Las Vegas no less ! !

Serviceman arrived within two hours of my call and promptly repaired A/C. Definitely would use this company in the future.

It went fine! They handled it well. They came out the same night which I appreciated. The bill was reasonable. The only thing that they should have done was kept a little better contact with me about the situation. They did the work. They were happy. The response was immediate.

I called them on a Saturday night, they came in within a hour of me calling them, two of the owners came and fixed it themselves on a Sunday. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. They cleaned after themselves, they came back to check on things, we were really pleased. They are filling out the paper work for the state refund. They recommended filter for the house, we only have to clean them once a year and the filter have lets to let us know when they need cleaned. They told us we did not need a our ducts cleaned. They were neat, no marks or dirt when they left. Very friendly.

Late Friday afternoon our A/C stopped working-it was 109 degrees outside. We called and set an appointment for Saturday at 7 a.m. Much to our surprise, our very pleasant repairman arrived at 6:30 and we had cool air in minutes. He also checked the unit and assured us everything is working fine. We inquired about a new unit in case the need should arise in the future and we were assured temporary repairs would be made to carry us a couple of days until the new unit could be installed.

They were so willing to help me after I had had such a problem with a past contractor. They were even willing to testify in court on my behalf. They were able to diagnose the problem the other company had caused and were able to reverse it without it costing me even more money.
