Sun Country Heating and Cooling

I can not believe how great this company was. I called them in a panic at 10am this morning because I have a party tonight and my air conditioning unit decided to pick this day to stop working! The woman on the phone was so sweet and said she would have Jose to my house before the party and that they would have it fixed. Within three hours I had two very polite gentleman here working to find and fix the power shortage that was causing the fuse to pop. They were here for over an hour working diligently on the issue. I was expecting to be billed more for the time that it took but they were 100% true to their word. All I paid was $69.00 and my house is now nice and cool for the party I will be hosting this evening. I can't thank them enough! I will absolutely be using them again if I have any other problems and will recommend them to everyone! Great companies are hard to come by these days and I am so glad I have found them

Everything was done very professionally and timely and should we have any other problems, I will be calling Sun Country again.

Appt time 8-11. Jose called me at 7:50 to tell me he was on his way. Came in saying he was going to "check the units." It made me nervous that I was going to get nickeled and dimed for anything beyond a "check" but was I wrong. Spent approx 1 hr here. Let me know that the motors were good but the compressors were pulling high amps. But there was no hard sell into buying new ones. He also added freon and do I know that I've been charged for freon by the tablespoon. Nope--included in the $118 price quote. I asked about new systems and ball park figures seemed very reasonable. Jose was personable and knowledgeable. Thank you Sun Country.

*** OUTSTANDING *** This was my second time using Sun Country Heating & Cooling, and was just impressed as I was the first time I used them. JOSE my repairman was very professional , clean and prompt along with a phone call before he showed up at the front door. IF you need any type of A/C repair . This is the company to call. Just call Cheryl and she will hook you up. My fan motor went out on my A/C unit and needed it replaced. The only bad thing was I had to spend money on a warranty issue. Part was included, but labor was not. Overall, It is the best A/C Company I have ever delt with ..

It went fine, the work was done fast, and to my satisfaction.

They are very good and gave me a great discount because their original repair was misdiagnosed. I wouldn't use anyone else and after the misdiagnose, they came back to make sure that their job was done correctly.

he arived on-time, and proceeded to inspect all 3 of my air conditioners, answering all my questions as he worked. I learned alot during my inspection, which helped me understand what future work might be required.

We were given 3 options. We decided on the 16seer units. We feel we were given the highest quality equipment and workmanship. Stay away from ARS!

Job went very well. Through the bidding process I learned a lot about AC and Heating. Sun Country increased the flow into my house and reduced the restrictions in my duct work, they also solved a pigeon problem I had with the old system.

I had picked the air conditioning company from Angie's List and they were good. They were listed as a 5 star on Angie's List and they were worth every star that was there. I called Angie's List because I had my heater go out. I picked the first name in the telephone book and they charged me $400. So I picked this company and they were great. They were very professional. Their background was like they've worked with a different company then decided go into business by themselves and they were great. They were business like and seemed to be very good. They were right here on time.

They are outstanding. The coil was supposed to come in 10 days, but it didn't come in on time, so they did a $650 patch job for free because the coil was taking to long. They have been very helpful. Sometimes it takes long to get parts in, which is not their fault, but they still took it upon themselves to fix the problem as soon as possible at no charge. I needed a solution to a thermostat problem, and since I had a lot of problems, they sold me the thermostat part at their cost. Also the technician that has been coming out is knowledgeable and great. The coil finally came in, but it was damaged, so they are still trying to fix my problem. With all of the problems, they have been great. I started to have a problem with them calling me back, but i think that was because they didn't have any new information for me. Also the owner started to deal with me to fix any of the problems I was having.

They are very honest. They came out in the morning and fixed one thing because they thought that was the problem, but it wasn't so they came back that night with no service call for the callback to fix what was broken that time. They gave me a credit equal to the first bill for that time. It was $80 for the morning one and they deducted $80 for the evening appointment. One of the two owners worked on it that evening. The motor was the part that went bad. They showed up when they said and took care of the problem. The lady that answered the phone knew her stuff too. I had called them another time and they were ready to come out when I needed them. I never expected them to deduct the $80 off the bill. The unit is still working and I have no problems with them whatsoever.

The two technicians arrived promptly. They were very conscientious, honest, and professional. They checked both of our furnaces thoroughly, and the price was reasonable.

It was great! It was starting to get really cold yesterday, and when I went to turn on the heat, I found that it was only blowing cold air. I checked Angie's List, and found this company had a lot of excellent reviews, so I called them, after 7 on a Sunday. The nice lady on the phone said she would have me as the first call in the morning, and at 8:15am, Jose called and said they were on their way. Fifteen minutes later they were here, two professional, courteous, polite young men, who quickly and competently got both heaters re-lit, even the one up in the attic that one of them had to scramble up into to light..... The house is warm, and I'm happy.

My a/c quit working in the middle of the night. I called Sun Country first thing in the am. Ray answered the phone and I explained my problem to him. He told me he would be to my home in 45 minutes. He arrived within 45 minutes - diagnosed the problem - fixed it within a hour. I cannot begin to praise Ray enough for his promptness and professionalism. I will continue to use Sun Country Heating and Cooling for all of my a/c and heating problems!!

They arrived three hours after I called. I highly recommend this company.

My a/c went out in the middle of the night. Decided to wait until the morning to call for service. At 6:30 AM, called and spoke to Cheryl who was very polite and understanding. She dispatched Jose to my house almost immediately and he arrived before 7:30 AM. He was very professional and seemed honest and explained everything clearly to me. The motor I needed was out of stock, but Sun Country did a great job of hooking up a "rescue unit" so that I could still get A/C until the part I needed came in the following week. I was very happy about this and with some places may have just been outof luck. The condensor unit was under warranty, so I only ended up having to pay for labor to install the unit. Overall, outstanding service from this company. I would highly recommend it to others and will use them in the future as the need arises.

We were so impressed with their honesty and quality work. We had two other companies come out and tell us both A/C units needed to be replaced at a cost of 15,000.00. This company replaced the cap on one unit at no cost and replaced the coil on the second for a fraction of the cost of a new unit. One of the companies that came out prior to SunCountry deliberately removed a ring from the cap of our second unit so that we would think it had to be replaced. We would never have known this if it hadn't been for the honesty of this company. My husband and I are both natives of Las Vegas and can say without a doubt that this is, by far, the best company we have ever dealt with! We highly recommend using this company for any heating or cooling needs!!!!!

The technician was very polite and he seemed to be honest.

We noticed the house was getting warmer so we checked the thermostat and it was 84 degrees in the house. After discovering that the a/c wasn't running we immediately went to Angie's List to find someone who would come out on a Sunday night. Called Sun Country and we were told that someone could be out in 45 mins. Ray worked on the unit for about 45 mins and had to replace the motor in the end.

Went great. Came out 45 min after I called and had it fixed in 45 min.

Came home from a vacation to 108 degree heat and noticed that outside fan motor on air conditioner was always running, but thankfully was still cooling house appropriately. I was able to stop fan from running by throwing circuit breaker. The next morning I searched Angie's list for an air conditioner repair company and after reading about 20 reviews chose Sun Country. Called them around noon and described problem, and said that it was not an emergency because I knew how to stop fan from running. I was told that a repairman would be at the house around six or seven in the evening that day. When I repeated that it was still cooling ok and I could wait until the next day, I was shocked when I was told their servicemen work into the night to try to service every call they get. I was shocked because the firm I called seven years ago when I needed air conditioner service took two days to come look at my air conditioner and four days to fix it. A Sun Country repairman showed up a little after six and had everything repaired in approximately one hour. Incredible service compared to my previous experiences. Will definitely call again for any heating or cooling needs.

Ray came out within 20-30 minutes of when we called - in the evening, no less. (Wow, Vegas, I'm impressed!) He said whoever last worked on our unit really messed it up bad. He got it working again and we haven't had any problems since.
