Outstanding experience!!! They are awesome, I signed the contract and within two days(New unit was shipped from CA) the new unit was up and running. Overall very knowledgeable group and a great warranty given.

This is by far the best company that we have ever dealt with here in Las Vegas. We called them yesterday and wanted them to figure out why our tenants air conditioner wasn't working. Ray (the owner) came out and checked out the unit and got it working again. He charged us nothing and told us that if it stops working he would have one of his guys come out and look for a leak in a day or two. Cheryl is the first point of contact when calling in and is fabulous! She is very helpful and discusses the problem with you and makes you aware of all of the possible things that could be causing the problem. We have rental units and feel comfortable enough with Sun Country - to give our tenants Sun Country's card and allow them to call if they ever have a problem.They are very fair and resonable with their repairs. We have used Sun Country approximately 10 times in the past 2 1/2 years and have been satisfied with them every time!!!!

They’re great. They don’t scam you. They assess the problem, they diagnose the problem and if you don’t need a new air conditioner, they’ll fix what they can which is really nice.

Previous verdor identified a circuit breaker as the problem. This technician identified the problem by checking the compressor wiring. Replacement went without a hitch.

They came out and looked at my unit, and then fixed it. Everything is now working fine. They were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They seemed very upfront.

The repairman arrived in the appointed time frame...Put on shoe covers before coming in house...He was friendly, asked a few questions and went right to the problem...and, took the time to PM service the other heater...We were very satisfied and will call them first next time.

The technician met me the evening of the day I called, gave me a bid, and had it installed the next morning. Honest, friendly, and efficient!

I was very pleased with the service. When I called them and described my problem (that the heater fan wouldn't turn off), they sent a repair man (Jose) right away. He was very pleasant and competent. It turned out I needed a new unit. I did have to wait a day for it to be installed, but that was because they couldn't get the crane the next day. As soon as they did, they came out and installed it. There was a small problem with it after it was installed, I called and Jose came right back out. He fixed the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional, great service, and value pricing

There is a shroud in the a/c unit that cracked and was preventing the a/c from working properly. Once the shroud was removed the unit starting cooling again. (The shroud makes the unit more efficient) The delay in getting the problem resolved was due to the manufacturer, not Sun Country. They have kept me informed of the status of the order, and now my unit is fully functional. I would recommend Sun Country to anyone who needs a/c work. Friendly, efficient, and very professional at every step. ( My unit is under warranty, which is why it didn't cost me a dime)

Ray did not even charge me for coming out when my air conditioning was not working. There was a reset button on the thermostat that needed to be set after I installed new batteries. Cheryl had advised I check the circuit breakers. I was on the list to be helped that very day, yet the professionalism began the moment the business phone was answered. I felt like I was a VIP customer that needed to have working, cool, air conditioning as their number one priority. They went out to the property right away when I called. They called me when they got there and said it needed to be replaced. I told them to go ahead, and it was ready and installed the next morning at 9:30am. I was very appreciative for their immediate response and professionalism. I would definitely like to recommend him to everybody.

I called and spoke to Cheryl. She listened to my concerns, asked pertainent questions, and scheduled a service man for that afternoon. Jose called and came by, as promised. He listened to me, as I explained the task. He then inspected the job and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price and scope of repairs. The next day, Brian arrived at the appointed time and checked out both A/C units, making small repairs and adding freon. Soon thereafter, Jose arrived and together, they removed the old drain system, anchored the coil, aligned both drain pans, replaced the piping, so that it would drain properly, thoroughly checked the drain for functioning, and cleaned up the area, removing all the old PVC pipe. This total experience restores my faith in, at least one, service company. These men were courteous, professional, fast, and clean....this is important to my wife! Will I use them again? You bet! Will I recommend this company to my friends? Again, you bet!

Two technicians arrived on time to do the installation. They took out and disposed of the old unit and installed the new unit I had ordered. Both of them were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Two years later, unit is running very smooth and I have found no reason to call them back for service. Very satisfied with this company.

Air Conditioner went out Saturday night. I called Sun Country around 9 am Sunday morning thinking there wasn't any way I was going to be able to get this fixed on a Sunday. Someone came out and fixed the unit by 11:30 am Sunday. Truly amazing. I will be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future. A+!

I have used them before. The technician came and he has been here like the third or fourth time and I keep having him come back. They are terrific. Their staffs Sarah and Michelle are just wonderful. I would give them straight “A’s” right down the board. I would use nobody else but them.

When I called for an appointment, the time was quickly set up. The technician called enroute and said he could come earlier When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed iut. I have used this company once before and I was just as pleased with them this time as I was the first. I wold definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

They were punctual, courteous and professional. I will use them again in the future.

My husband called them mid morning to come out because the AC was blowing hot air. He was told they were busy but would be out today. He wasn't given a time. I called back around 4pm. The lady on the phone was very nice and took the time to find out where they were. I was told we were next. They called about 1/2 hour later to let us know they were on their way. When they got to the house they went straight to the AC unit. I went out to see what they were doing. A part needed to be replaced. He showed me what was wrong and explained it was the brains of the unit. I asked how much and was told it was over $200. I was like "wow for that little part". He said, " let me double check. You're from Angie's list right." He went back to his truck and came back with a price of $166.60. Needless to say I was very grateful. Both men were very friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again.
