From the first phone call to set up the appointment for an estimate, we were extremely impressed. Cheryl is one of the most friendly and professional customer service individuals I've had the pleasure dealing with. Richard and his crew were extremely courteous, professional, and efficient during the entire job. In approximately two and a half hours Richard and his crew removed our old system, installed a new system, and gave us one-on-one instructions on how to operate the thermostat and new system. These guys are the BEST!!! I highly recommend them and will use them again anytime in the future. If you are looking for a great reliable Heating & AC Company look no further. Give these guys a call and you will not be sorry!!

I selected Sun country after getting estimates from 2 other companies. The first co. did not follow up with me on a guaranteed price. The sales person didn't seem to want to do the work. Second co. oversold me and was looking for add on purchases. Ray from Sun Country listened to what I wanted and made suggestions as to what would be right for the way I used the product. They did the installation today. 5 to 6 men showed up before 8:30 and got right to work. They were efficient, quick, cleaned up all mess and left within three hours. I was impressed all the way around. I hope I can add a review in a year to say how the system is performing. The co performed great.

They were great, from the initial bid on the work to the install nothing but professionalism. We are very happy with the new system and know it will decrease out summer power bills if not all years power bills. What a great bunch of guys to work with!! They actually made installing all that equipment look easy. They were well organized and everyone knew exactly what to do. After installation they explained how to use the new thermostat and cleaned up the little bit of mess they made from coming in and out of the attic. They are definitely are "go to guys" for heating and air conditioning problems in the future.

It was at nite so I really couldn't see the problem even with a flashlight, but they said it was leaking at the coil. So it was replaced and it still wouldn't kick on for that wing of the house. Turned out it was the blower in the attic. Maybe the unit needed to be replaced I really don't know. The guy was nice, but I might have been taken because I'm a woman and you know how that goes. They did come and the dispatcher did her best to get someone out fast.

I asked them to come give me a second opinion on my unit as I had been told by another company (NOT in Angie's List) that I needed a new one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an honest company. It's very rare these days to find one, and Sun is definitely a good one.

Arrived promptly as scheduled. Removed the poorly-designed and improperly-installed portion of the existing attic ductwork and replaced it. Removed existing 25-year old attic-mounted furnace/fan/coil unit. Installed new attic-mounted horizontal furnace/fan/coil unit and new hangers for the unit, instead of re-using the old hangers. Removed existing 13-year old, inefficient, exterior condensing unit. Installed new high-efficiency, exterior condensing unit. Installed new thermostat and explained its proper use. Tested all systems and then cleaned up after themselves. Total time to complete the installation was about 7 hours. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and would certainly hire them again. Price listed would have been $1,000 higher if not for a rebate from Trane, the manufacturer of the heating and air conditioning systems. These systems are top-of-the-line and priced accordingly. The changeable weather since installation has allowed us to test both the air conditioning and heating systems, and everything is working perfectly. We expect to save quite a bit on our electric and gas bills because of the efficiency of this new equipment.

Replaced & repaired what needed to be done. Checked blower motor, blower wheels, capacitor, tested all safety switches, etc. I was very satisfied and continue to use Sun Country for my heating & cooling systems.

Assessed the state of my AC system. Brought coolant levels to manufacture requirements. Tightened belts thus repairing a knock that had developed in one of the units, that initially prompted the service call. |Both units have been operating successfully.

Sun Country was the third company we called and they were the first to actually listen to what we wanted and offer us reasonable options. Ray, the owner, was very pleasant and actually offered to try and fix one of our existing furnaces rather than sell us a new one. They showed up on time and had the entire job done in 6 hours with no mess or fuss. All the guys were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had as the installation progressed and everything worked first time. Very happy with the work that was done, and how well the new furnaces and air conditioners perform.

He was very professional, nest and careful. Did a great job and will be sure to call them back next summer to check the air conditioner.

It only took about 15 minutes. Gave me a report of their findings. Asked for recommendations on cooling a hot room, but did not offer too much help in that department. Very pleasant on the phone and very courteous.

I moved into a 10,000 sq foot home in Jan 2013. It has 5 Freus air conditioners. I was told by the owner that the company Freus was no longer in business and they could only get off market parts. They started replacing the water pumps in the unit. They told me they could not be warrantied because they were off market parts. The pumps kept breaking down after a few months. It was costing me alot of money replacing these parts but what could I do they were telling me that was my only option or replace the whole unit for $20,000 a unit. The girl in the office told me that some of her clients kept extra water pumps on hand in their garage since they did not last long and they had to order them which took about a week. After about the 4th water pump I started to do a little checking on line and found out that the company Freus was still producing new air conditioners and there were new parts available. I looked if there were any service reps in the Henderson area and sure enough there were. I got the new FREUS water pump put in the same day I called them. When I called Sun Country and told them their response was "Really?" I'm not a complainer but these people do not know what they are doing and I would not want anyone to go through what I went through. I feel sorry for their other clients who have a Freus unit. They are very expensive and if these people are servicing them they have a serious problem.

They did not have the rigth part on the first day, but were there on time next day to fix it

Service was in a timely manner although the repair took an additional day since its an older air unit they had to find the replacement fan blade. I'd sure like to pay the bill! I've called the office three times talking to Cheryl first time a few weeks ago that I needed to know the amount so I could pay the bill, Cheryl told me she didn't get the work order yet but would call me when she did. I haven't heard back to date.

That was great! They did a good job. They were efficient and got everything set up. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. We were quite pleased with their service.

Definitely hire Sun Country. They're not trying to sell you anything you don't need. Earlier this summer I purchased a check up coupon on Angie's list from Sun Country. They were prompt, polite and very thorough. The past few days my husband heard a 'noise' in the attic. I called and spoke with Cheryl and said her crew had been out prior this summer and she already had my information as we spoke. She said it could be a number of problems, but until her crew arrived and checked it out they wouldn't know. She said Brian would be in my area about 1pm and would call before arriving. Brian called at noon and arrived with Adrian. They promptly set up their ladder to check out the 'noise' in the attic. Instead of a motor or brackets or a squirrel cage problem (= $$$) it was paper. The information that's glued to the inside of the unit had come undone and was caught in the fan making the 'noise' in the attic. Brian removed all the paper and checked if there was any other problems. Because they had been out earlier this summer, there was no charge. Many other companies would have told me it was the motor going out and charged a lot of money. These people are honest.
