They came out and examined the heaters. They told us the cost to fix both of them would be $480. They were both fixed and now work great. They replaced the thermocouple on one unit and the ignition on the other. This company was so much cheaper than the 1st company I called who wanted $1500 to fix the heaters. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and knowledge about heater/AC.

Joe came to my house as scheduled time frame, he is very polite. After inspected on the roof, he found out my blower wheel was broken and that's what caused the heater not working. He came back in 2 hours with the new parts and installed It (the total is $249, very reasonable price). Now the house is nice and warm again. Thank you Joe and thank you sun country, I will definitely choose you guys again in the future and recommend to my friends and family.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday night. Called Sun Country early Sunday morning and they sent someone out that afternoon who was able to diagnose the problem and get the unit working in about 2o minutes. They did a follow up on Tuesday to make sure all was good. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professional knowledge of our system by both gentlemen who responded to our problem. The price they charged was extremely under what I had anticipated and I would gladly have paid significantly more for their prompt response to getting our furnace up and running. I will use Sun Country for any and all services I may require in the future.

First of all, I have used the services of this company more than once. I have a rental property that I had an appointment to show yesterday afternoon. I like to turn the A/C on and cool the place off before showings. When I turned the A/C on, I quickly realized no cool air was blowing out of the vents. Upon further inspection I noticed the fan on the condenser was not running either, so I immediately called Cheryl at Sun Country.....By the way Cheryl is one awesome lady to deal with! She told me she'd have someone out to the property ASAP, and they arrived within a couple of hours. Fortunately it was nothing major like replacing the condenser $$$$, but they did have to replace the fan motor and a blown capacitor. This is a 10 or 11 year old unit, so you can expect some malfunctions, but I am confident that it will be smooth sailing for some time to come after these repairs. Any problems, call Cheryl, she will do her best to get someone out to help you as soon as possible. You can be sure of an honest assessment of your repairs and this is not a company that will try to upsell you to make an extra buck. I truly believe they would rather establish an honest relationship and have your repeat business. I really appreciate that, and I know you will too. I want to thank Cheryl again and the wonderful technicians she sent to fix my A/C, unfortunately, I forgot their names and yes, there were two of them. Well Done!

They usually spend about a half an hour. They are friendly, timely and honest.

Between my call and the completed service it was two hours. Unbelievable in mid July in Las Vegas. Joe diagnosed the problem right away and got to work. Done in 45 minutes. Polite and professional. Would recommend them anytime and will use them for any of my HVAC needs.

Called at 9am, Talked to Cheryl they were very busy that day, but she worked me in. Jose came by and assessed the issue at noon, my Condenser Fan Blade had broken, he said they would get the part and have someone come out the next morning to replace it, but to my delight they came out later that day about 5pm to replace it ! Cannot say enough good things about Sun Country, they are Honest, Caring, and Sympathetic to your issues. Have used them twice now, and they are great ! AAAA ++++ Service and response.

They inspected my A stack system. They went up and look at the heating element and said that you never use it and its good as new but they could have said that I need it replaced it. The a/c unite was still in working condition but they said you need to replace it in 15 years. They gave me a price for a one unit which was a downgrade that they put it but they ended up given me the wrong quote but they gave ended up giving that unit. They came out and were hear early. They checked the system cleaned up and left.

3 man team showed up on time and installed the room air conditioner. From the moment of their arrival, they worked together as a team. Efficient and professional as well as personable. They worked through the day and we now have a beautifully cooled room! They took time after installation to explain how the system worked as well as letting us know that they would be back with one more part to improve the indoor aesthetics.

Before replacing our 14-year-old system, we contacted 3 reputable companies for price bids. We interviewed them to make sure the company we chose would do a good installation since we knew that the installation is as important as the brand of system. The co-owner Ray and his crew totaling four arrived promptly at 8am Monday with everything ready for our new HVAC installation. All team members had a specific job and proceeded like a well-oiled machine. The removal and installation of everything was complete before 1pm, including hands-on instruction for the high-tech thermostat. We were impressed with the attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up in a professional manner. A week later Sun Country came back to inspect the system and check for any problems. We are very satisfied with the quality, workmanship, honesty and price. This is a family-run business with an outstanding work ethic. I do not not hesitate to recommend them. Already my neighbors are asking how to get in touch with Sun Country. We expect to keep the relationship with them for many years to come.

Our air conditioner was blowing out hot air. We called Sun Country and spoke with Cheryl and she immediately set an appointment. Within a couple of hours Jose arrived and identified the problem and broken part and called me with an estimate. The repair with parts and labor was $189 for a broken capacitor, AND they applied a credit to my bill of $59 for being on Angie's List, bringing my total bill down to just $130.00. I felt like I won the lotto yesterday! Great service, honest work, and definitely have added them to my contact list for any future needs.

Deducted price of service call for Angies List coupon, making final price only $45. We were happy they were able to give us SAME DAY SERVICE! We expected we might have to wait a week or so. After adding Freon, came in checked inflow and outflow temps both upstairs and down, explained what they did. Will use them again - could not ask for better service!

We called two other ac repair companies and never received a call back from either of them. After calling Sun Country, the tech showed up within a couple of hours (on a Sunday) to repair our ac. He replaced the motor and the ac is now working beautifully!

Provider did nothing. They did not even respond to my inquiry.

We selected these guys based on other angies list reviews and they were great from the outset. Showed up on time as arranged discussed options and offered affordable solution. Not only that they went the extra mile and worked late to re-install the motor to avoid us being left without heat for thanksgiving weekend. Great customer service.

Why did I rate this an F? Simple, I was stupid enough to fall for the Angie's list prepaid coupon for a spring A/C tune up. Sun Country never left a message in my AJ message box and when I tried to call over the past three days the listed phone number would ring and ring or just to to the voice mailbox. I've just asked my credit card company for a chargeback.
