Description of Work: Sun Country repaired our heating units last fall. Today, they checked our air conditioning and prepared them for the cooling season. They were prompt, clean, courteous, and made sure that all was right. We will always utilize Sun Country's services, and feel very secure doing so.

Description of Work: Brian, the service technician for Sun Country Heating and Cooling, did a thorough inspection and tune up of my furnace and central air conditioners. I will use their services in the future. John in Las Vegas

Description of Work: Replaced entire HVAC system with Traine units (16 SEER). Repaired air return lines and damaged ducts. Passed city inspection first visit. The entire crew worked and completed job in less than one day. All were professional, experienced people (not young kids). Have not had system in long enough to evaluate any savings or efficencies. Strictly from installation and professional point of view they are a great team.

Description of Work: Jose came out to inspect our cooling and heating system. We had just purchased the house and we wanted to make sure that the system was in good working condition. The a/c was installed in 1999. Jose did say that the motor may not last another year, but overall the system was okay. Jose was punctual and very professional. We will definitely use Sun Country for future PM and new installation whenever the need arises.

Description of Work: I had a loud noise coming from my heating and cooling system. A technician arrived in just a short amout of time after calling. When he arrived, he discovered the noise coming from a dirty filter, he replaced the filter. I asked him how much he wanted and he said nothing. I was shocked, no service call fee, nothing. I gave him a little something and told him to have lunch on me

Description of Work: My heat pump would not turn on and thermostat was dead. I replaced the thermostat without results so I called in the professionals. After looking the situation over, they went straight to the air handler and replaced the fuses. The system worked like a charm. They only charged me $59.00 for the service call.

Description of Work: Our AC on north side of house was not cooling. I called our company that we spent $8000 with a couple years ago on our other unit to see if they could come out and look at it that night---it was about 5PM---they had no way to get it looked at until next day. I called Sun country and they called me back withing 30 mins and someone came out and said unit was deceased basically. He went to the warehouse to see if they had one in stock at 8PM, no luck. So next morning went and picked new unit up and had it installed first thing in the morning. They are awesome!!!! Honest, reliable and very professional!!

Description of Work: I came home from work and the AC was not working. I checked Angie's List and found Sun Country Heating and AC, which had high reviews from other members. I called them after the posted hours thinking it would be the next day before they could get here. When I called they checked the status of their techs and scheduled the call for about and hour and a half later. True to their word, Ray came over right on time.....found that the problem was a burned out capacitor.....replaced it....and explained the repair. He was a very nice and get right to it kind of guy who knows his business. Having been horribly overcharged by YES for a blower repair in the past, I was ecstatic to find a prompt and honest Heating A/C contractor. When I did need service, it was the same day and at the time promised, very friendly and professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this wonderful company.

Description of Work: Sun Country was great. They diagnosed the problem immediately, worked with me to see if my heating unit was still under an extended warranty. They then repaired the unit within the estimate and provided a $40.00 discount for me being a veteran. (24 years of Army Serivce). i would highly recommend this company

Description of Work: Heater would not come on in a rental property. Called Cheryl and gave her the contact info for the tenant and Sun Country took it from there. Problem solved, happy tenant! I have used them before and know this company to be reliable, capable and trustworthy. No headaches, no hassles!

Description of Work: Service was punctual, responsive and professional. Our call was made on Saturday morning and within 2hrs Brian was at our door. The companies operator was extremely nice and gave us an estimated time which was right on. The service person, Brian, was very punctual, responsive and professional. He explained the problem and showed us the burned out part. There was no high pressure sales. The entire job took under 20min. We found the price very reasonable. Description of Work: These folks are great! I received a call from a tenant who said the A/C wasn't cooling. Of course, it was after 5pm in a Friday --plumbing and HVAC problems never happen during business hours -- so I wasn't expecting a service call before the following day and was afraid of a huge weekend upcharge. Cheryl had Richard call me right away to say he was already en route to the property! He called back with a quote a short time later and took care of business! I really appreciated the rapid response and the fact that my tenants didn't endure a warm July night with no A/C! I understand why Sun Country is at the top of the Angies List in this market. They definately earned a "save contact" in my iPhone!

Description of Work: I have a condo in Las Vegas that is rented out to a tenant. My tenant called saying the air conditioning was not working, and since I live in California, I didn't know any reliable people in Vegas to call. So, that's when I signed-up to Angie's List. I found Sun Country, and told my tenant to call and scheule an apt. He called in the morning, Sun Country came out in the afternoon, diagonsed the problem, called me to tell me what needed to be repiared. I agreed to have it repaired, and a couple hours later the repair was done and the AC was working great. I was very happy with the repairman's explanation and job done. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
