+ -1 moreAlthough the representative did the work, there was a misunderstanding about the fact that the company would not take a credit card. The representative said that he would "turn us in" and would not allow my daughter or myself to be billed. He called me out of work and demanded payment, not even wanting to wait until I could leave my job. He was very rude to my daughter and denied he had said anything to me, even though my son verified his remarks which implied that we had committed "fraud." I explained that I always paid my bills and that I did not deserve this. I was happy to pay, I assumed they would take a credit card like almost everyone else does.
Description of Work: The company fixed a jammed disposal.

+ -1 moreSummerlin Plumbing & Drain Service did a great job on my pipes. It no longer leaks anywhere. I was really happy with their price, I thought it was very low. It only took them two hours to do the job, and they worked very hard to get it done in that amount of time.
Description of Work: They replaced a small section of pipe in my bathroom, as it was leaking.
