Summerlin Jewelers' service was excellent and the results were perfect! We got our white gold wedding rings rhodium plated and they looked great! Like they were brand new. I also got my wife's diamond ring appraised. I had requested it over the phone and forgot to give them all the information about ring. It was my fault, but despite my mistake they corrected the appraisal for me. I will definitely return for future jewelry needs. They were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions.

The work was done in less time than quoted and the repairs were excellent.

I am so pleased with my custom ring, made for me by Summerlin Jewelers! My 83 year old mother gave me an old family 1 Karat diamond that she wanted me to incorporate with my simple channel set wedding band. At my appointment with the owner, Larry Minden, I brought my widowed mother's and father's wedding bands to see if they could be used in the creation. The final product is truly an Artistic Creation! The gold used to form the ring was taken from my parent's wedding bands and the diamond setting that was created enhances my original bands. When I first met with Mr. Minden he recognized right away that the diamond was more that one hundred years old by the method the diamond had been cut. I knew it was old but he could tell in an instant, and I value that type of expertise. As a Angie's List member I also received an appraisal of the ring at no additional charge. I highly recommend Summerlin Jewelers for any custom jewelry work.

I saw the positive reviews on Angie's List and made an appointment to have a diamond ring appraised. After I arrived my ring was cleaned and examined by a Gemologist, and only after they did their own assessment did they look at the paperwork from the previous (very old) appraisal that I brought with me. I was impressed. And while the new paperwork was being done I asked about watch repair and other jewelry. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and professional. My written appraisal was accompanied with information from an insurer that they recommend, which I found to be very helpful. They also have a great website with lots of useful information! I'm so glad I went to Summerlin Jewelers for my appraisal and I'm sure I'll be going back for my next purchase.

After removing my hat and sunglasses (I presume for the security camera), I was buzzed through the door. After a short wait for a salesperson to become available at the counter, I handed over my watch and asked to have the battery replaced. I had it back in less than ten minutes, running and set to the correct date and time. Total cost: $8.50, because the lithium battery is a little more expensive. Sales help were very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience! I went here because of the great reviews on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. I had some unwanted jewelry to sell and they treated me with respect and were very friendly. I would definitely go back again to purchase an anniversary band!

The prongs on my engagement ring needed to be repaired but they did not have the equipment to do the job safely. They recommended another jeweler nearby who had the right equipment and were very reasonable priced. Summerlin Jewelers were fair and honest and I would go back for other repairs I need

The battery replacement was finished in about 15 minutes. The price for 2 batteries was $16 and the even took couple of links out of a third watch. Fast, efficient and affordable is exactly what i look for in a local business. A+++

The lady I talked to when I dropped of my jewelry was very nice. She told me exactly how much it would cost to repair the item. She said it would take about a week to do the work, and they would call when it was ready for pick-up. Two days later, they called to say it was ready. The ring looks great. I was pleased with the price and the quality and speed of the service. I would definitely use them again.

I was happy with the price they quoted me to repair my wedding ring. I left it with them to be repaired. My husband picked it up for me and also purchased a pendant as a surprise gift for our anniversary. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty.

He is a nice guy and they are good. If I need anything appraised or if I was going to buy jewelry I would go to him. I think they are honest, their prices are reasonable and they give you excellent customer service. They are fair.

They were really fast. When I picked up the watch there was dust under glass. I had to take it back to get cleaned.

We were told they would have the set for a week. They buffed, restored the finish, cleaned and resized. The rings were ready 2 days early and were put in a ring box with no extra charge. Very good experience.

They estimated about two weeks but they called me a few days later and reported the work was done. When I arrived the broken bit was still sticking up and sharp enough to snag even a hardy garment such as a cotton shirt. I pointed it out, they agreed and took the ring back in. Within a few days, they called claiming the repair was complete. Went back on Oct 15th and to my dismay the repair was nothing more than a polished-down drop of gold solder but still a lump you can see and feel. Spoke to the store owner and expressed my disappointment in the lack of craftsmanship in the repair. He simply explained it away that they could "grind" it down but it might not hold. No drama, I just paid my $12 and will find a better repair shop to finish what they should have done right or declined in the first place. This in ** NOT ** the place to take fine jewelry for repair. There was no attempt to make this repair blend into the original design again. The "jewelry repair bench" appears to be a Sear Craftsman tool chest with a magnifier light stuffed back into the corner of the back office. As a comparison, I've had this same ring repaired for the same issue (not the same spot on the ring) at other jewelers in the past and afterward you could not even tell there had been a repair.

Larry was helpful. He was respectful, honest and very friendly. I spoke with many jewelers and visited them and felt that he was genuine and also more willing to bargain.

They gave me 12 month lay away for a present for my wife. In many cases they have unique jewelery made just for them. They are one of the most reliable in town.
