+ -1 moreThis company is Terrible! I hired two trucks and 4 people. One of the four people was an overweight 60+ year old woman, two young men with pants around then knees, and one athletic girl. If not for her I would pay then to move myself. They stole my husbands wedding ring! they scratched my furniture, my new bed set cherry wood has large scratches in it. It got to the point where my husband and I were on the trucks unloading into our house as we were paying by the hour. I called Starving students and they made me fill out a complaint form which I did twice with no response. Beware. Terrible. I spent $2,000 to move 5 miles! Anyone would be better!

+ -1 moreThe guys did arrive when they said they would, unfortunately that is about the only positive thing I have to say about them. Many pieces of furniture which are irreplaceable antiques were chipped in the move. They also broke the mirror on an antique dresser. I have tried to contact them many times to no avail and am considering suing them in court. I cannot even recall what we paid them I'm so angry.
Description of Work: They moved all the furniture to our new home as well as the boxes we had packed ourselves. We moved from the other side of Las Vegas, I would say about 25 miles. We had five rooms of furniture to move.

+ 0 moreThe movers were very nice, however, the price to move was ridiculous. I again moved several months later with the same items and only paid $200 and it took much less time than with the staving students and more movers.
Description of Work: Moved me from a condo to a house. They also boxed up items that were not boxed up and charged extra for this. They were getting paid by the hour and took their good Ole time.

+ -1 moreStarving Students have a real good reputation in their moving. They were very prompt and they did not break one thing in moving us. They had to go to 3 different places to pick up our property, and didn't seem to mind. The price was really reasonable and I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They moved us in town from one house to another house, and they picked up property from 3 different homes.
