+ 1 moreI purchased my new house from Stanpark Homes. I think they throw them up and move onto the next house. The house has many faults mostly due to bad labor, the cabinets are not mounted properly and the finish work on the base boards and windows are sloppy. The cosmetic things in the house were of poor quality with no attention to detail. My main complaint to date is the undersized air conditioner they installed into the house. It s a two-tone unit, which is barely the allowable size for 1200 square feet. There seems to be no insulation in the sidewalls as the air conditioner only shuts off for a few minutes then comes on again. There was to be some rock landscaping done, the company also put in a couple of dead trees and plants. I am not pleased with the house, but I am lucky in comparison to some of my neighbor s problems with the same homebuilder. Many people in this community have used the same homebuilder and I know I will not recommend them to build a home for anyone.
Description of Work: I moved into my new home, built by Stanpark homes about a year ago. The house was built from one of their floor plans, it has three bedrooms and is about 1200 square feet.

+ -1 moreStanpark Homes Of Nevada did a very poor job building my home. The work was not to my satisfaction at all as they did not use quality products and the work was very sloppy. I would not recommend them to friends or family.
Description of Work: They built our new two thousand square foot home.
