I have used them every year for the last 4 or 5 years. The price depends on what you do because he will come out and he will say, "Do you want the windows done inside and out?" We have 19 windows on the house. We are doing all those 19 windows and their solar screens. They pick the solar screens off, clean then by a power washer and treat them so they look really nice. They look brand new. The owner is terrific. I can't speak highly enough about his work. Our house is only 12 years old, but the first time he came out, we had a little leak up by the standpipe up on top of the house. When I mentioned it to him, he said, "I'll fix that for you". He went up there and didn't charge me anything to do it. They also do all these Christmas and Halloween decorations. Even big casinos hire them to come out and do these elaborate decorations. If I tried to get my windows cleaned in December, it would be impossible because they are totally filled with doing Christmas decorations.

They arrived on time. Did an excellent job of cleaning all the outside windows and power washed the screens. Have used them before and will use them again. They do not disappoint - always good professional work.

They were a little pricey but they did an absolutely wonderful job. It was worth the money.

The team showed up on time and worked professionally throughout the service taking great care moving through and around the house. They set expectations when they arrived and delivered exactly what was committed (plus a couple customer service touches!) with high quality. When finished, they walked me through the house to inspect the work and alerted me to defects they'd found (bad seals on multi-pane windows, scratches, etc.). I would highly recommend them and I've signed up for a semi-annual service so I may forget about my windows!

Very prompt, showed up when promised. Went right to work, no problems. Our windows were VERY water-spotted since we had just had our house painted. We will use again.

Crew arrived on time. Walked property and gave me a written estimate. I accepted the estimate and work started immediately. Two-man crew. They completed their work in about 2 hours. The windows and screens are clean - as exected, no complaints here. My complaints: 1) Several of my sun screens were installed upside-down. I pointed this out and they corrected several, although I found a few that they missed and I corrected them myself. (My sun screens have decorative cross-hatching which match my window panes - when upside-down, the cross-hatches don't match.) 2) They moved some of my patio furniture to access a couple of windows. They did not put the furniture back -left it sitting in the middle of the patio.

They came and cleaned all the windows inside and out and screens and tracs. I'm so happy my windows are so clean now. I hate window cleaning and it was very well worth it. They did a great job.

I highly recommend this company's services. They are everything you could want from a professional window cleaning service. They were immediately responsive to my calls. One of the owners always answered. They arrived on time, performed very professionally and did a great job. They took great care with the large custom screens. I am choosing them to clean regularly for me. I never used any prior window washers more than once. And, the prior ones always broke at least one of those large custom solar screens from mishandling. This company is terrific!

This service provider was truly excellent!!! All of the work was done with the utmost care and precision and the final result was "brilliant"! I'll never use anyone else!

Joe came out same day I called and gave me estimate of $175 for complete window cleaning. This was for 22 windows (inside and out), 14 screens and the slider tracks of a two story home. I booked them right then. Two workers came to do the cleaning the next week. They were nice enough and took their time, at my house about 3 hours. Windows came out looking great (except the garage door windows but I'll let that slide). I took a walk around my house after the workers left and noticed right away a bent screen on a side downstairs window. You could see the bottom of the screen frame bent from 10 feet away. This irritated me because there is no way the worker did not know 1) he bent the screen taking it out and 2) it was bent when he put it back in. I feel he was hoping I wouldn't notice it. I called Joe's partner and he had the workers come back the same day and take the screen. The screen was repaired and brought back after a week and a half. Joe left his business card with $20 off next cleaning written on it, very professional. Make sure you walk around your house with the workers still there if using this or any other service.

I had used them once before and thought they did a great job. They sent out two crew members for the window cleaning who worked for around four hours. They also cleaned all of the solar screens. I dealt with Joe, he is an honest guy which is hard to find!

Responsive on the phone, arrived on time and that is where the good ended. When asked if they were going to clean the tracks on the outside of the windows they advised that they only do that when they also do the inside windows. Makes no sense as the outside track has to do with cleaning outside windows. I wasn't prepared to have the inside windows cleaned at this time. He then made a big issue of having cleaned one bug screen in addition to the sunscreens.

When I called they said they were booked until the week of the 4th. I was hoping to have the windows cleaned before Thanksgiving.They called later in the day and had a cancellation so I grabbed it and they ended up coming late that day and finishing the next afternoon. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. We have a large 2 story home with lots of windows. Sadly, it rained 2 days later so we were only able to enjoy perfectly clean windows for only 2 days but the sills and screens are nice and clean.

They performed an OK job but I had to follow up with more detailed work on some areas.

They were great, one started inside while other one took down all screens and washed them. They were professional and nice. They replaced everything as they found it, and were very helpful when I needed help with something.

I was able to get an appointment the next day because of a cancellation. They showed up exactly at 9:00 AM, as promised. Very polite, friendly and professional. Did a great job, and happily went back over a couple of spots we pointed out to them. They even offered to come back the next day and do one window that couldn't get finished because of other workmen doing some outside work for us. I will definitely recommend them to friends who are also looking for window cleaners and I will definitely use them again. (I did think the price was a little higher than expected, but this was my first experience in Las Vegas to use this service, so this may be a typical price here. And of course, price is not the deciding factor when you are inviting people into your home to provide a service.)
