Description of Work: I called the company and was told I would be called later that day when Joe returned to the office. Two days later, I was called and was told by Joe that he would stop by the next day between 2 and 3 for an estimate. That was the last that I heard from him.

Description of Work: This company was selected from Angies List based upon the number of favorable and recent reports. I called and requested an appointment for an estimate. The appointment date was made for three days later. The co-owner of the company arrived at the scheduled time and provided a reasonable estimate for the work to be performed. I accepted the proposal and a work date was set for four days later. The evening before the work day the company called to confirm the work schedule. A three person team arrived as scheduled and spent five (5) hours performing the work. The scheduled work was a full-service cleaning. The scope of work included the following; (1) removal of 29 solar screens, pressure washing the screens, application of a preservative and reinstallation of the screens, (2) cleaning 34 windows inside and outside. Note: all inside windows are tinted and a non-ammonia based cleaner formulated for tinted windows was used, (3) cleaning and vacuuming all window tracks inside and out. The cost of the work performed was as contained in the estimate......there were no hidden charges. Payment was made by check. The company also accepts cash or credit card. If a credit card is used an additional cost of three (3) percent to the customer is added to the bill as this is what the company has to pay for processing the credit card. The team was very professional, thorough, careful, and courteous. I was very pleased with all facets of the job. I plan to use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Cleaned all windown inside and out. plus cleaned all the tracks in the 20+ windows in the house. It was great! They did an excellent job on windows that hadn't been done in years. Will have them back in the spring. The service has me spoiled, now.
