Description of Work: Service provider came over to give me an estimate on repairing my hot tub. He was very nice and honest & simply said that the hot tub was not repairable. I told him I would be interested in purchasing a used hot tub and he told me about a used hot tub he had for sale. He was great & didn't charge me for coming out. I subsequently spoke with him about the used hot tub he had for sale. Although I ultimately decided that I was unable to afford the hot tub at that time, when I do decide to buy a replacement, I will go to Spas by Renee first.

Description of Work: we bought our hot springs spa from casey 5 years ago, he saved us money on installation by placing it on our pool deck, on time and installed he even set up electrical connections at a great price. the service over the last 5 years has been fantastic, any questions or problems just call him, he backs the product warranty 100percent plus, recently spa cover arm broke hot springs wanted 100.00 for each one casey makes his own at less than half the price, no sooner did i hang up the phone his service person was out fixing it, this operation is first class thanks casey

+ 0 moreSpas By Renee did a great job with the installation. They were great in helping us with the design and were very hard working. We had some problems with the pumps and I had to make several calls about it. They replaced the pumps and I really liked the job they did.
