WARNING TO ALL---STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND HIS LIES!! Brett Knudsen, knows nothing about being honest, dependable or trustworthy. He'll tell you anything and everything you want to hear just to get your business. I had the unfortunate task of conducting business with this UNSCRUPULOUS individual as I can NOT even come close to calling him a Man or even a human being for that matter. I would need pages to go into all the details but lets just say I learned the hard way working with him and it cost me THOUSANDS$$$$!! He doesn't even pay his Vendors, leaves them high and dry saying he's going out of business but never does....you be the judge of someone who can do and say this to honest workers.... PLEASE, don't ever call upon Brett Knudsen for anything other then a headache! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Brett came quickly to remove the large palm because he had already sold it to someone but for 2 months we tried to get the smaller one replaced. He told us weekly that it wasn't a big deal and that he would get it done that day. After I told him I would write a bad review about him he said that we had to do what we had to do. He had no intention of keeping his promise.

Bid was verbal. We had no problem on the price. The work was started by dropping the rocks in the driveway. But they took one week to get back to the job, blocking the garage door and access to the backyard for my lawn crew to mow. He became abusive to our tenants at the subject property. He became abusive when he demanded to be paid by our tenant. When my stepping stones were to be placed from concrete to the gate, he refused to complete the job, saying that wasn't part of the job. I stated that they were part of the existing landscape and needed to be put back. He then became very abusive to my wife and myself. He stated "if I didn't like it, I could stop payment on the check and he would put a lien on the house." I asked how he jumped to this solution for resolution. He cut off the phone call and hasn't returned a call since. I have recovered the stones and replaced them. I highly decline to use these people ever again. His demeanor is aggressive.
