On time, friendly, quick & clean. Did all my windows. Fit perfectly. Kind of expensive, but necessary is Vegas heat.

Excellent customer service, from the original estimate to the final installation. Very knowledgeable about the product and it's installation and care. Friendly, courteous, prompt installation. I would highly recommend their company for any solar screen needs!

These solar screens are amazing. They really cut down the heat in the house and the air conditioner does not run as much. They look beautiful. The crew came out measured all the windows and installed a quality product promptly. I was only going to get some of the windows done, but when I saw how wonderful the screens were, I contracted for the rest of the windows in the house. I would recommend Southwest Solar screens highly to anyone who wants to beautify their home and cut down on energy costs.

eProduct seems more efficient than other solar screens I have seen before--more space between screen and window. Turn around time from measuring to installing was quick, even though it was their busy season.

Since this was my first solar screen purchase, Jim took his time with me and answered all my questions. The work was done more quickly than promised and the solar screens look great. I'm very happy with the company and their product. I would definitely use Southwest Solar Screens for future needs.

The screens look wonderful and are very well made! The company also committed to installing them when I wanted them....on June 29, 2013 one of the hottest days in June history for Las Vegas. Installation was also excellent! The only thing is they did not remove the old 21-year old screens! When I called to have them come and get the old screens, I was told that they thought I would want to reuse the old 21-year old screens. They said they would not come out and that I should call Republic to remove them. I called Republic who will not be out for 2 weeks! Due to my homeowners' association rules, I am having to pay a hauling company$125.00 to remove them. Very frustrating and sad after such a initial good experience.

Jim was efficient and patient. He came to the house, provided a written estimate. There was a two month delay due to painting the house and Jim came back to the house, we picked a color and he had the screens ready in about one week. The panels look great. Jim and his assistant were on time for appointments and did a great job.

These guys are amazing. There is no reason to call anyone else. Their screens are top quality and fit just right. We had a weirdly shaped window and they custom made a screen that fits perfectly. The price was lower than the other company we called. The sliding door is great and you can tell it is so much better than the one that came with the house. They always answered the phone and came right on time. Dave came out the day after we called and gave the price (also a demonstration that proves how much energy you will save with their screens). A few days later.........they took exact measurements. A week later, the whole job is done and we are very happy. Highly recommended.

Contacted Southwest Solar Screens for a quote on replacing all my solar screens on my home. Dave came right to my home, measured my windows, gave me a quote, which I must say was reseasonable for the quality of screens. The crew installed all my screens within a few days. And I must say, they did an outstanding job. The quality of work performed and the screens were awesome.

The experience was good but I thought they were a little pricey for what I asked for and I got annoyed with one guy; he was a little different. They did not communicate with me. After they did their estimate and I gave them a down payment I did not hear from them. I got a sudden call one day and they told me they would be here the next day; without any warning; his way is just weird. It was a little odd; it was mostly that guy that I felt odd about; I liked the owner, Jim, better.

I called Southwest Solar Screens on a Friday, they came out for an estimate on Saturday. They arrived on time, gave me an estimate on the spot and told they could install in a week! They offer a %10 discount for Angie's List subscribers and the price I was quote was very reasonable. They arrived the next Saturday and the new solar screens installed in under an hour. They were polite, professional, on time and the price I paid was the price I was quoted. All and all a great experience.

When we were looking for a company to provide solar screens for our residence, we found Southwest Solar Screen in the Yellow Pages. We met with them, were given an estimate, and set a date for the solar screens to be installed on two particular windows. Because we were so impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, product, price, and friendliness, we choose a few more windows to be covered with solar screens. Again, we were completely satisfied. Then, we selected a few more windows to have solar screens. They continued to be professional and punctual, with an excellent product. Finally, we decided to have all of our remaining windows covered with solar screens. All measurements were accurate and the screens fit correctly. We were totally satisfied and would recommend Southwest Solar Screens to anyone looking to have solar screens made and installed. They made it a very positive experience.

There is little to tell. I called them and they came out and showed me samples. I made my choice and within a few days the screens were installed.

I can't say how happy we are with the friendly service and great price for 14 windows on a stucco house. They guys are great!

We are from out of state so we emailed ahead to arrange a time to get an estimate. Owner emailed back immediately and followed up appropriately. Time from estimate to install was reasonable. Estimate was accurate. Good quality product and services.

We are very satisfied with the work Southwest Solar Screen did for us. They did not have to tighten up all the other brackets, but they did that to ensure all of our screens are taken care of properly.

My original plan was to do only our 10 west facing windows. I noticed the difference almost immediately after installation, so I got another estimate for the rest of our home -- 22 more windows. The total cost for all windows was within my budget and lower than I expected. I dealt primarily with Dave. I had some concerns about my dog damaging the screens on one of our doors, but both Dave and Jim came up with a solution. Dave was extremely accommodating towards my schedule. Both jobs were completed within a week. I'm very pleased with the whole process. Dave and Jim are very professional and their quality is top notch.

.Made appointment for measuring and ordering screen door. Ordered door. He called to make appointment for install during afternoon instead of first thing in morning. Unable to set appointment due to short time span. Made future appointment for install to which he was late and I had to call him to see if and when he was going to show. Screen door installed later that day.

Jim came and did the estimate and said the screens would be ready within 2 weeks for install. Came out and installed after about a week and a half. Screens look good and am very pleased with the product and service.

They were very good. They also put a screen door in, but he sent it back because it wasn't high enough quality. I had to wait a few days for the new one, but I preferred that for the better quality door.

Jim arrived on time and gave me an estimate. He knew that I had used Angies list and immediately gave me a discount. He also gave me a Seniors discount. Jim did all this without my asking. Jim is extremely knowledgeable. Before starting this project, I had called 2 other Solar Screen providers. I asked them about Solar Screens and tinting. They basically asked me where I wanted them and what I wanted to pay. Jim was different. He gave me a primer on Solar Screens and came up with a plan that wold work. The plan allowed me to just put up panels on the windows that would do the most good o lower my energy bills. Jim thoroughly explained the pros and cons of window tinting. I really appreciated his thoroughness. I contracted for the solar screens and they were installed approximately 5 days later. Jim was very accommodating with my schedule. I was having trouble getting my windows washed so that my screens could be installed. He rearranged my appointment time and even offered to come on a different day. Jim was so accommodating that he installed the screens in the middle of a sudden rain storm. He never complained. The installation was efficient and thorough. I had no clean up mess. I really appreciate Jim taking the time to give me a primer on solar screens. I trust him and his company. I would definitely use Jim again and certainly refer him to my friends.
