A lot of promises. We used Mr Crockett's company for two years. At first they promise the world, but with time the service diminished. It was very hard to get a return phone call to have extra services performed or to report problems. When we did have extra work performed they were only interested in doing the "fast work" of putting in plants that they were paid for right away but not the other work ie. looking for the source of water leaks. Instead of finding the leak, they increased the amount of time that the yard was being watered tripling my water bill (to over $1000.00 during a two month period). I finally had to get another company to come out to find and fix the leak. At this point I wished to terminate my relationship with Mr. Crockett's firm. He stated that I had to give him 30 days notice. During this time period his men did less and less work. I was shocked to find on my final bill that I was billed for work that was never performed. When I brought this to Mr. Crockett's attention he stated that I had to pay or that he would lien my property. This company is a ripoff and I would encourage any property owner to be very careful before doing business with them.

South West had to do very little work for us. The landscaping we had done was kind of simple. They did do a very good job at what was asked of them. Everything turned out good. I enjoyed their company very much; they were very friendly and professional. I do not remember how much I actually had to pay them. I do remember throwing them and extra $50 bucks for a job well done though.
