Southwest Chem Dry

This was an amazing experience. By having my carpets cleaned brightened the mood of the entire family. What a lovely treat. Our professional carpet cleaner was hard-working, trustworthy, and did an amazing job. He worked with my schedule and gave excellent tips to keep the carpet clean. I just cannot say enough about the quality of work and how much we enjoyed having our carpets cleaned. Thank you!

Called before arrival and subsequently arrived in the specified time frame as usual. Reviewed the work to be done and he outlined the game plan and went to work. Efficient and personable worker. We have used this company for years and the work and workers have always been top-notched. Excellent people to do business with.

They were OK. It didn't take them long to do it. The carpets weren't soaked. It took about an hour for them to dry. They did a good job. I got a deal. I really liked them. The price was reasonable. They were good quality. They were in and out and did what they had to do.

I did not like the service at all. It was very stiff after everything dried that's why I haven't hired them back for any more cleaning. I don't recall seeing any polishing or deodorizing. I think the cleaning product is the problem and not the installers. It left my carpet stiff and hard once they left. I didn't feel that the job was well done with the products that they had so I will not recommend them. In fact, I have had people ask and I have not recommended them for that reason. The people that were here were fine. I just didn't like the outcome.

The service turned out wonderful. I actually very much like them. They were there right away and did a beautiful job. The second time I had them once before just to clean my carpet and this time, it was an emergency. They were very good. I’m glad to give them credit. What stands out about them is that they were very good, very friendly and did the job very efficiently. I was very satisfied by it. I like Chem’s carpet cleaning because the carpet isn’t soaked as other cleaners are. It dries pretty quickly. I would tell my friends or neighbours looking for similar service that they did a good job cleaning my carpet. I had another carpet cleaner that came in June. It was very expensive and they didn’t do a good job as Chem did. The personality of the person doing the cleaning was very good too. The price was good for me. They did an excellent job. They were quick. They were here the day after I called. They showed up when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was very good.

It was a fine service. They cleaned 5 rooms carpet. Everything was good. They will do what you ask them to do.

I had the same people clean up the same carpet before the month had ended. They should look at the addresses before coming out to do the work. They were professional. They are very nice.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. They cleaned a very large sectional with throw pillows, and a very large puffy chaise longer with throw pillows for me. Both pieces and pillows had been in storage for several years. There were several old stains on the sectional that are now gone, both pieces smell fresh and clean... and look wonderful. Amazing job, I had used the company in the past for carpet cleaning. I was happy with them then, and I am still extremely happy with their services years later. I have already recommended them to friends, whom have already had some work done and have let me know how happy they were with the services as well. Great job!!!!!

Best carpet cleaning job ever! The same guy comes every time. He is always on time or early, is very nice and does and AMAZING job! Every time, without fail they give incredible service. Have never been dissapointed!

I followed their recommendations and replaced the carpet/pad. The carpet company actually wore Hazmat gear with masks! And that was just to REMOVE the old carpet and pad! They then used "KILZ (SP?) " ON THE SUB FLOOR before the carpet install could begin. Carl, the owner was so right on! Thanks Carl. Scott was the technician that helped me. He did an amazing job. He even went about and beyond what I expected. He is very fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for carpet cleaning.

The ChemDry technician, Eric B., did a great job! He was efficient, very polite, and answered all my questions. He also told me what the whole project would cost (since I added area rugs to the list) before he started the work, which aprreciated. Our carpets look great. I was told by another carpet cleaner that my wool area rug would cost $200+ to clean since they would have to take the carpet to their shop and strech it while it dried. ChemDry did the area rug for $40 and it looks wonderfully clean. I have the company listed in my contact list and intend to call them again the next time I have our carpets cleaned.

Technician was on time. Did not try to upsell me. Completed work in one hour. Gave me the coupon price (although I did not have the coupon).

No matter what I did to the floors, they never looked clean but now they look brand new. Our grout was a totally different color. I couldn't believe it was my house. They were great. They were a little pricey but it was worth it for what they do. He came out the day before and told us what was going to happen and how he was going to do it.

Quick, effective, and the sofa did not smell afterwards. There was an extra charge for cat urine for special cleaning agents, and I can no longer smell urine.

Southwest Chem-Dry did a beautiful job ridding my carpet of stains, and the high traffic areas look a lot better. They have stayed much cleaner since they cleaned them. I thought that the carpets dried in a reasonable amount of time.

Southwest Chem-Dry did not live up to my expectations at all. The cleaning crew did arrive on time; however they did not clean all of the carpeting as agreed upon. When I called them to come back to finish, they wanted to charge me additional fees.

I have used the same carpet cleaning service for many years and they are professional polite people. Southwest Chem Dry cleans our five carpets in a few hours and they are very thorough in their work. The carpets look great when they are finished and they have superb customer service people. I will continue to have them clean my carpets as they do a nice job every time and have reasonable prices.

The first time we had Southwest Chem Dry clean our carpets was two weeks ago. The service man did a great job, and we will be using the company again in the future. This being my first experience, we moved all the furniture out off the rooms. The company would normally have done this for us. The carpets got a thorough cleaning. The stairs took some extra time, as well as a few minor traffic areas, and everything was spotless when he finished his work. The company did a great job with reasonable prices and next time I will leave the furniture for them to move.

Chem Dry Kevin does a great job of cleaning my carpets with every visit and the heavy traffic areas are spot free when they are done. Kevin Hadley the owner is professional and has excellent people doing the carpet cleaning. My carpets are cleaned every six months and I have recommended them to five of my friends who use their services as well. We also had the carpets scotch guarded the last time they were here and we will continue to use their reasonably priced carpet cleaning service.
