SOUTHERN NEVADA PEST CONTROL

We have been using Southern Nevada Pest Control for about 4 years. Our service guy Jim is fantastic. He calls the night before with a reminder that he will be there in the morning. He is always on time, courteous, and friendly My first appointment, he sprayed both inside and outside of the house, now he only sprays outside and occasionally in the garage. I haven't seen a bug inside since Nevada Pest Control started coming to the house. We will continue to use Nevada Pest Control for all our bug needs.

They were really close in price to my current pest control company. I changed from this company because I moved. They did a great job and I did not see any critters crawling around.

I was not home at the time, but they are always thorough.

Have used Southern Nevada Pest Control for about 3 years. The person who comes out, Rick, has been very personable, dependable, prompt, knowledgable and professional. Additionally he has always brought treats for my dogs which has made him a favorite of theirs. I would absolutely choose this company again.

They are very friendly, always let me know when they are coming, and think they do a good job.

They are prompt and professional. They always call ahead. We have a dog. They are very knowledgeable about what works and what doesn't work around animals. We haven't had any problems. They are very quick in responding. They know us when we call; we are not just a number. We have not had any issues with them. I would use them in the future.

I had some women over for lunch and one fell right out behind the plate of one of the ladies and it was on the edge of my bar between it and her body. I couldn't even talk. I haven't had any more since they came out. I use them periodically and I am calling them today to spray for ants. Their price is pretty average. He is a neighbor and I’ve been using them since I moved here. They do what they call a neighborhood spray and at least half of the neighbors sign up. They will spray the whole neighborhood to help get rid of them. He gives us a good price on it.

on first application, technician scratched the paint on my car with his hose. This was immediately following me asking him if he would like me to move my car and he responded "no". Also, because I've never used a pest control company I had a large number of questions but the technician was too jumpy to listen to my requests or questions. Utlimately, K.C. the supervisor looked at my car and asked for 2 estimates to the repair the paint. We are working through the process but it appears that they are going to pay for the repairs. Also indicated the technician would not be servicing our home on a regular basis which is fine for us but not good for those customers on his route. With all seriousness, I recommended to the supervisor that the employee be drug tested as his behavior was simply bizarre. Second application: we recieved and were billed for a second application a week after the first application which was supposed to be good for 30 days. Had to call to rectify the situation which they handled appropriately by not billing us for the application and admitting it was a scheduling mistake.

Southern Nevada Pest Control did a good job spraying for bugs. I have used them for three years and haven't had any problems with them. The gentleman that sprayed was very professional.
