South West Homes Limited did a really good job building our home. We had a few minor problems and they always handled them right away. This was a very reputable company and I was very glad that we chose them to build our home.

We are first time homebuyers and South West Homes built our two-storey house for us almost a year ago. We had chosen a three bedroom home from one of there many floor plans and the estimated building time was delayed by four months. When we did our walk through before moving in, we noticed some cosmetic things we wanted taken care of and no one ever came to fix the problems. The drywall in many of the rooms show visible hammer marks through the paint, the closets were not completely finished and some of the cupboards were not installed properly. I have a one-year warranty on these types of things. We asked on our walk through to have them fixed and still no one came to fix them. I think the construction work of the house was rushed and there are cosmetic things all over the house that should be fixed. We will not be buying our next home from them.
