Description of Work: He came out to fix our computers. He set up our phone system and helped download apps.

+ -1 moreAlthough Michael was late keeping the appointment, it was because of a mix-up in directions and phone number. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem and decided to reinstall the browser software. As I have a Dial Up connection, it took a long time to download the reinstall-software. He was here considerably more time than it would have taken with a high-speed connection. He left the job with a reminder that I should call him if I any further problem developed.
Description of Work: Michael solved a software problem with speed and efficiency. He appeared to be extremely competent and zeroed in on the problem at once. My computer was down due to a software crash and he reinstalled the software and created an alternate sign in connection for future problems.
