Darryl and Mike and others make a great team and were very knowledgeable and self explaining about their job.they took time to enlightened me about the product. I would recommend them to everyone.

My experience started with Julie, who promptly had Daryl make contact with me. Over the phone Daryl's expertise advised me of a quote, based on a one day time line, and advice, while answering all of my questions. He patiently explained, what seemed like a huge undertaking to me, in simple terms for a layman. He eased all of my concerns. His crew started to arrive on time, to replace two HVAC systems. Two men immediately began to work outside. Two men Stan " The Man" and Justin tackled my units in the attic. I'm pretty sure there were two more men, all DOING THEIR designated jobs. They were all a well oiled machine. By late afternoon there was no trace of this team. My house was toasty warm. Everything was back in place. Simply is easy breezy.

I was impressed with Daryl's work ethic. He was very quick to contact me - like about five minutes after I was on Home Advisor. We made an appointment for the next morning. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. It was a little spendy, but what isn't these days?

Darryl actually came out twice. The 1st time the unit was working and he did not find a problem. He did not charge me for the consult. The next week the unit stopped working again, so I asked for an estimate to replace the system and went ahead with the replacement (it was 15 yr old.) He was able to complete the install the same day. I am very pleased with his work.

I don't usually do reviews but in this case I will. Yesterday at 4pm our A/C went out. I called Simply and a service person was over in 1 hour, found the compressor was shot. Next morning two tech. We're hear at 7am and we had A/C by 8:15. Outstanding.

Daryl got here quickly found the problem right away. It was just a fuse but we had no way of knowing and we could have ended up with a huge bill. We will definitely call him again.

Great service resolved issue for now...

My A/C unit died and I had two companies respond immediately to my request for a quote. Both were rated "A". The first one, "Xcellence" told me the compressor, fan motor and transformer would need to be replaced because they had died. Cost $4300. A new system was exponentially more expensive. Simply Air, came next. After explaining what the first company's diagnosis was, he said "Well this is Vegas, I don't trust anyone, let me check". Moments later he said, only the fan motor needs replacing. It will be $625. After getting permission from my landlord (& brother) we said "Go ahead!!). He was gone for 15-20 minutes, found the part (even though my unit was 18 years old) and FIXED IT!! It has been about a week and it is running great. I am SO VERY LUCKY AND HAPPY to have found an HONEST A/C contractor... it is so hard to find one in Vegas. I recommend if you have an A/C issue, call them FIRST!

Mike and Darryl....5 stars!! Very professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. After being gone a few days, came home to discovered A/C was out on the hottest day of the year. The other companies I called gave a 2-3 day response time. Simply Air came out that day, explained what was wrong and fixed it!! Darryl even reached out a few days later to see how the A/C was running. Now that's caring about your clients, your work and shows excellant customer service!! Highly recomend them...Thanks guys!!
