I am so happy. Simply air called right away, Steve arrived less than an hour. They were terrific! Reasonable, knowledgeable and the best customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Funny, hours after it was fixed the other companies I left messages with started calling wanting to give me quotes. I found this best 1st try.

Laura called just seconds after I hit "enter" and we set up the appointment for the next morning. Stan arrived as scheduled and was very professional, yet friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a system status check, explained the details of my system (one unit for a two story home) and hosed the unit down upon my request. Very satisfied with the service and price!

Darrell and his team were very approachable for me to ask any questions. I didn t have to clean up after them. They double checked everything before they left. Gave me piece of mind.

When our 15 year old unit died it SHOULD have been replaced, but due to severe budget constraints & other circumstances we just couldn't afford a new one. Simply AC understood our dilemma! It would have been easier & more profitable for them to insist on replacement only, but they somehow were miraculously able to repair our old system & get it blowing cold for a very affordable price. That is the epitome of "putting the customer first!" Five stars ALL THE WAY!

Very professional. Same day service for a install of our air conditioner. Our old air conditioner went out Friday night and we had a new unit installed by Saturday afternoon. Very friendly. Daryl went above and beyond to explain everything made us comfortable during the whole process. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing service.

Their price was reasonable. They showed up on time. They protected my floor with a covering in places they needed to walk for the install. The technicians were courteous. The install was quick and they showed me all the work that was done afterwards. They made sure I was comfortable with the operation of the new unit. I was quite pleased with all aspects of their service.

Installed and replaced two new systems in both furnaces AC 2.5 and 5 tons. Price is 15% less than all other companies. Great service except technician left a little trash at attic.
