I called Steve for condenser fan motor and he replaced it right away including wirings, bolt, and capacitor. It s 8:58 pm and he is about to complete the job

Daryl diagnosed and repaired my problem with the air conditioner.. He came in a short time which I appreciated in this heat. I will call him again.

My air conditioner gave it up and they replaced it within a few hours with a new Amana and a 10 year warranty.

About seven months ago we purchased a new air conditioner from Simply Air Conditioning. At that time we met Mike and Daryl who supervised the installation. We were very pleased with the job and the excellent service then. This week our A/C unit would not come on. I called Simply A/C and both Mike and Daryl came out. They quickly determined and fixed the problem -- the electrical switch in the attic had split due to heat. While they were here, they kindly installed the air filters I had ready to install myself. I really appreciated the courtesy. Best of all, since we had purchased the A/C unit from their company they chose not to charge for the service call. I know from personal experience, Mike and Daryl are smart, efficient, trustworthy, and very reliable. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

I had a credit with Home Advisor and it did not get applied to my payment. I want to know why it did not apply.

They were prompt, very friendly and Daryl went out of his way to get the part he needed to fix our aircon right away even though it was getting late and I hadn't set the call up as an emergency one. Absolutely satisfied customer!

Stevev was awesome and even cleaned our outside side unit free of charge. No trouble found so no charges incurred! Great company and technician! There was also no need to come into our home to check internal attic unit since all meter readings where normal. I reserve high praise for exceptional service; Simply and technician was above my expectations beginning with the initial contact from Laura until the actual service today!

Mike is a trustworthy man. He gave me free cleaning sprays and showed me how to make quick fixes to my minisplits so I could save money. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Daryl gave a clear and straightforward quote that seemed much more honest than other quotes we got . His price was the best and he didn't push for more than we needed yet we don't think quality suffered at all The workers who installed the HVAC and ductwork a worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. I would definitely refer them.

Daryl got to my house within 30 minutes on a Sunday night on his way home from work. He got it temporarily working and it was replaced by 3pm the following day. They had to use a crane to switch units out. Very impressive on one of the hottest days of the year.

Daryl, AC expert w/Simply AC and Heating was right on top of the situation. He had a schedule that had him in the field till 10 pm and offered to come to our house afterward. I told him the morning would be fine. Said he would be there between 7 - 8am and arrived at 6:15 am. Half an hour later he was done. GREAT JOB! PROFESSIONAL

Daryl was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. He did a few checks on my ac unit and explained what he was checking. He showed me a few other things I need to take care of in the future. Very honest. I will call them again in the future.

Laura,Mike and Steve are.without a doubt what you should look for in any type of business not just havc. They are local born and raised multi-generation people who still believe it's best to give people more than they expect.

Great company. Came out very quickly when my HVAC wasn't working & it was 115 outside! Replaced a part & I had my service restored. I would definitely recommend them & will use them again myself.

I got on Home Advisor last night as my A/C went out. I got a call from Simply AC within two minutes and they scheduled someone to come out this morning between 8-10 am. Darrell called at 8:10 to say he was 30 minutes away. He got here at 8:40. After checking the thermostat and filters, he said he likely knew what the problem was. We went outside to the compressor and sure enough, he knew exactly what it was. He replaced the capacitor and the unit worked immediately. He then checked the AMP draw and came inside to check the temp output and gave me my bill. Fast response, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair priced. What more could you ask for?

These people are professional and honest. I can trust them to get the job done well without inflating the cost. When you call, you speak with knowledgeable office staff, and/or the technician himself if you care to do so. Big thumbs up!

Steve is fantastic! He came out next day, gave me many options, explained the situation thoroughly, was professional and pleasant while in my home. Our Bulldog Angus made a quick friend. I will definitely recommend Simply Air.
