I am an older man and spent a prosperous career in sales and sales training. I was totally blown away by the courteous attitude of the young girl in the office on my first car. Then I asked for the sales person to come by my home and his work clothes were clean and he was adamant about putting covers on his shoes. The young man that came out to remove the old and put on the new air conditioner seem like they were dressed even better than the original man. Nothing but top drawer, homerun conscientious people, I would not be nervous about having each and everyone sit at my dinner table and that takes a lot. Call then, use them,and get the benefits that I did. itâ s well worth your time . Would I use them again? Well I hope I donâ t have to but rest assured I wouldnâ t hesitate. Now should you need Heating or Cooling, Stop wasting time and call them because you are not going to find anyone better. Why? CUZ YOU CANT IMPRIOVE ON PERFECT!

This company recommended I replacement of my Air Conditioner. I decided to get a second opinion and the next day the second company came out and replaced my capacitor. I highly recommend this company be removed from the Home Advisor list due to a lack of integrity and extremely poor ethical behavior. This company is not looking out for the customer and only wants to make money. I am extremely disappointed in how this company treated me. The tech could have easily replaced my capacitor that night and I would not have spent the night on a 115-degree day without air conditioner. I urge all to not contact this company.

Bobby arrived right on time, was friendly, and listened as I explained the problem. He got right to work to give me an estimate with multiple repair/replacement options. The price was right and Bobby completed the work quickly and provided me with before and after pictures of my air conditioner. Best of all, my home is cool again in this 109 degree weather. I highly recommend Bobby and Simply AC.

We called Simply Air at about 3 pm on a Monday. Mike came out around 5, accessed the problems and we had a new a/c by 1 pm the next day. We received the best response we've ever experienced with a service company if any kind in the 58 years we've lived in Las Vegas. I just noticed they do plumbing, also. I'm sure we'll be calling them in the future if we have plumbing issues we can't handle. Plus, they gave us a reasonable price quote with a 1 year warranty on labor and 10 years on all parts including the compressor. I definitely recommend Simply Air.

Central air went out when it was 113 degrees out side, they were here within two hours for replacement, did a 5 star job

Air conditioning broke in my Las Vegas rental home in the evening. I wrote to Home Advisors and fell asleep. The phone rang and it was Laura. Her customer service was excellent and she was very helpful. Next morning the Tech, Rick came out and treated my tenants with respect and also great customer service. He called and explained the situation with my older unit. Gave me options without any pressure. They worked with us and offered a price that was competitive. Rick was able to get the two installers there right away. The installers and Gaven and Brayden did a great job installing and treated my tenants with utmost respect. The whole process was just a wonderful experience even if it cost to replace the unit. I highly recommend them and Home Advisors!! Happy customer with cool tenants!!

Great. thawed, recharged, repaired, and cleaned my air conditioner unit. No fuss. Honest pricing. $25 service call was waived since they did the work. "Mike" was friendly and timely. Very professional operation. I'll use them and recommend them everytime.

This is a reliable company. Mike provided everything as stated in contract and even came back to follow up on a small concern on our part. Beyond that, Mike offered to make yet another follow up appointment for additional services at no fee. Great company that stands by their work.

Project is complicated, but the technician explained well all the pros and cons so I decided to have a new unit installed. Great job, after the completion of the project, the group cleans up the work place. Mike the installer and his co-worker are nice and courteous. Thank you for the job well done.

Rick came out and tried diligently to get the compressor in my AC to work. Unfortunately the darn thing was dead. I ended up buying a new unit. Tristan and Mike (with a V) showed up within a couple of hours, and replaced my old unit with a brand new one. They got this done in 45 minutes (WOW). Total time from Rick showing up to Tristan and Mike (with a V) having my home cool again was only @ 5 hours!! Wonderful fast relief in the 109 degree heat in Las Vegas.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. They work like a well oiled machine from start to finish- and a family business. From dad to son, everyone is working to make sure your happy. They were on time, worked with me on financing, and kept me advised of when the crane was coming, when I’d be expecting the guys and who would be coming. Courteous bunch too, they won’t just walk in your house, even when you say it’s ok. I’d recommend them to anyone needing fast relief from this Vegas heat.
