Great service fast and reliable diagnose my system and got it working correctly in a short time. They don't do business with home warranty repair. Which is understandable they're too busy to be left waitng on hold.

Wow! Literally contacted Simply Air Conditioning through Yelp and got a response within minutes. Mike the owner called and got me scheduled right away. I wasnâ t expecting such a quick response especially not 6:00am in the morning. Steve came over by 6:30am. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. After switching out the capacitor he noticed that the motor was still running hot. And after plugging in some machine, he mentioned that needed a new motor. Steve was on time, professional, and so incredibly informative. He was able to get the motor swapped out in less than 30 minutes. He was very good at explaining what he was doing. The A/C is running perfect in less than 1 hour. The pricing is fair. Weâ ve had other companies try to upsell us, but not Simple Air Conditioning. Steve was honest and upfront. Before you do anything to your A/C unit, contact them for a second opinion. They didnâ t charge anything for diagnosing the problem. We had such a positive experience with this company. And they are highly recommended.

This company and its employees know how to take care of their customers. Had a routine maintenance service less than 2 months ago and noticed a couple days ago that the system was starting to spit out warm air in the house in the middle of a 117 degree heatwave. Unlike a lot of companies that send someone after a few days, they made time to make it right the same day I called about it. The same tech came out to diagnose the issue which was great since he was already familiar with the unit and its issues. End result was a compressor that was functionally dead and needed replacing. He even went the extra mile to soften the blow of the expense since he had been out recently and stands behind his work. Everything was replaced the very next morning, quickly and efficiently. Its obvious they care and do the job perfectly so give them your business if you need it.

This company is the total package -- They are simply amazing individuals -- the office staff are very knowledgeable, they let you know everything from the start to finish, always keeping you informed. Steve came out late Friday night and efficiently had us up and running.

Steve was much better than expected. I explained what issues we had been having and after inspection and a bit of troubleshooting he had the problem diagnosed. After explaining what he had found and what was needed along with $$$ which was but a fraction of what I was expecting. I then informed him of another issue on another unit to which he took a look at and forwarded the info to the office and explained that it was an issue that would be addressed by one of the installation teams. That team came out the next day and equally impressed with their work and professionalism. I will definitely call SIMPLY for any and all HVAC related issues. Thanks, Al Linzy

I was replacing a 27 year old HAVAC and nervous about the price. Stan explained what I would need for my size home and found out that 2 of my neighbors had Simply Air install their systems last summer. After talking to them and hearing they were very satisfied I went ahead and hired Simply Air Conditioning. Mike came on time and all was done within 2 hours. I thought the price was very fair and I did a lot of research. Yes, I would recommend this Company.

5/5 stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I needed assistance with my Fire dampers and Mike did an amazing job explaining everything I needed to know. He helped me confirm that the things in my vents were, in fact, fire dampers and that they are still good and in working condition. He also helped me realize that the previous company who was cleaning my air ducts and wanted to cut the dampers out because they mistakenly labeled them as â AC dampers,â were absolutely wrong and shouldnâ t touch them. I am extremely pleased with Simply Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing. Mike was very honest and professional. He took the time it needed to explain how the fire dampers worked and answered all my questions. This is a company that knows their stuff and that you can trust with your home needs! I will definitely be calling them again in the future. :)

Great experience with them. Quick and simple service

The guy who did the job was very good, but I ask him to tell me everything that was needed. He did not tell me that the filter needed cleaning. And I found out after turning the air when it said clean filters. I call for another appointment, they said that they would get back in touch with me, but they never did. this happens two times. and I still have not hear from them. I call someone else to clean the filters.

These guys gave me a great price and installed the very next day. Mike was great. I donâ t recall the names of the techs that did the install but they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When replacing the thermostat they took the old one and swapped out an even older one that was barely hanging on the wall on my other older unit. I will definitely use them when that one has run itâ s last lap!

Highly recommended. Bought 1 year maintenance agreement. Had our AC Check up this week. Adam, our tech was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home during the service. He spent a good amount of time doing the service. explained about our current system health and what we can also do to maintain and extend the life of our system. We did our research comparing price and reviews. Simply Air was the most reasonable and the service is top notch. Honest, Professional, Reliable company

The wife and I have been using simply air here in vegas for quite a while now. We have dealt with Daryl, Steve and a few others that work there. Each time they were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! Wonderful folks. I "simply" can not say enough good things about these folks!

My water heater broke on Dec. 23 and I really did not want to do Christmas with no heat and no hot water, but I expected I would have to wait until after the holiday. Still, I put in the request on Home Advisor that night. Simply Air called me the morning of the 24th. Bill showed up on time and was efficient and thorough when installing my new water heater. He actually worked late on Christmas Eve to install it! He took the time to answer all my questions. Lastly, the pricing was fair. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
