have two homes Stan came out for the first hvac breakdown he was wonderful was finished the job even before the scheduled appointment, True professional i was so impressed i bragged to my son whose hvac broke, son called him and was very happy on my own residece have a roof top 3rd story unit that broke that evening call simply again Stan came checked everything associated with the system...knew it was not repairable gave me the estimate which was quite lower than the other estimates. One day service Mike and Brayden were here next day and install new unit in just under 3 hours.... ***** stars yes i am very impressed with this company

I was in a bind to replace a non working air conditioner in the middle of a heat wave. Simply Air understood my dilemma since, I was also working with my home warranty company. Simply Air installed the air conditioner within 12 hours by just texting and saying, letâ s do it ! Iâ m very pleased with their work and their promptness, great customer service in the field and the office. They pulled the permits and the schedule the inspection with the city of Henderson and filled out my warranty information. Iâ ll be signing up for their annual maintenance agreement as well.

No one likes to have an experience in this price range but if you need a new unit these are the guys to call Companies are usually consistent so Iâ m guessing the service techs for repairs have the same level of professionalism

I was really surprised they called me within 15 minutes after I put it on home advisors. They were at my house in less than an hour to give me an estimate. They had said they would start work at !:00 pm the same day, but actually started work at about 11:30 and were done before 4:00. I would definitely recommend them to any who needs to replace their airconditioning.
