I had Simply AC install my new water heater. Mike Vasquez did the installation quickly and professionally, I also had them replace my Air conditioner and they did a good job for that also.

Byron and Jamal did an excellent install. I have used Simply Air on multiple projects and they never disappoint.

They are very nice and understanding. Called at 7. Jamie was here at 8:30. Installers here at 11. Had a new air conditioner up and running by 1:30. Fabulous.

jamie and brayden were both professional and easy to work with. brayden was very careful to make sure the settings were perfect after replacing my compressor and inspite of the temp outside being 113 deg. he did not stop to take a break until the job was done. he is definitely an asset to your company.

Rochelle in their office was very friendly and took the time to understand the issues I was having with my AC unit. She called Mike, the owner, who took the time to speak with me and my son about options. Shawn the tech arrived to my home with in the hour. He was able to show us the issues with our equipment and scheduled the installation the next morning which included scheduling a crane to get the unit over the house. On the day of the job I had two techs come out. The first arrived early to cut power to the unit. Iâ m sorry I didnâ t get his name. Very nice young man. The last tech Ryley was also very nice and came into my house to let me know the job was complete and to make sure the air was cold. He collected payment and was on his way. The entire team was professional and did a fantastic job. I hope I donâ t need to use them again but if I do have any issue that Simply Air can help me with, I will call them first. Thank you again!!!

This team was great, from Shawn the lead Tech informing me of different options and educating me on what we were looking at, to Sam, Rylee & Samwell the tech who did the install on a Sunday who were profession, friendly and did a great job. The best customer experience.

Everyone from Stan to Jon were awesome. Stan gave us 3 different scenarios for repairs/replacement. Explained very thourogh about the ac unit. Jon & 2 other coworkers were out next day to replace our ancient a/c & heater system. Very happy from beginning to end experience! Highly recommend simply air

Excellent service. They sent Franco out the afternoon of the day I called for service. Franco was professional and very efficient and cleared up our clogged drain in less than an hour. He cleaned up my patio after completing the job. I will definitely use this company again! Thank you!
