I almost made it to the end of summer before my ac took a dump on me. I was already prepared that I needed a new unit by next year so I wasnâ t too shocked. I called around and spoke with a young lady Casey at Simply. She was able to get a service tech out who let me know that yes I needed a new unit. Casey offered a financing program and the whole experience was effortless and easy. The help I got with this company was reassuring and everything was great.

I want to start off by saying AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called Simply over the weekend and spoke to Casey who helped get a technician out to me within the out for a repair on my air unit that just decided to go out. Everyone I came into contact with had been very professional, reliable and just overall great!

I used a different company in the past but I wonâ t put their name out there. I came over to a simply for a price comparison and I spoke me casey who was very helpful with getting my unit serviced, the price was within reason and the customer service and length of time in which it took to complete the job is was sold me on staying with Simply for future use.

I have a really old ac unit and I have been reluctant on replacing it mainly because of the price and also because I felt it could be fixed. I Called up Simply and spoke with Casey since I used them about 1 year or so ago and she was not pushy and did not make me feel I needed to go with Simply and that right there made me schedule a service with them. The tech came out explained the difference in getting it fixed or replacing the whole unit. I understood that a fix was more like a bandaid and I would need a new unit by next year. Casey explained that they do offer a financing plan which I opted for and I am so glad I listened to them and got a new unit. My house feels amazing and I have zero complaints

I called multiple companies and the service fee to come out was really high, I spoke with a young lady named Casey who was able to waive the fee for me. I was very grateful as Iâ m on a fixed income. My job was complete same day.

We had a fantastic experience with Simply Cooling Heating Plumbing after our 21-year-old air conditioning system broke down. We decided to replace the entire system, and Derek provided us with a range of efficient options, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each. Their financing options made it easy to manage the cost, which was a huge relief. The service was impressively quick; they managed to install the new system the very next day, as we were in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures hitting 104 degrees. The crew was exceptionalâ Ryley, Kyler, Sam B, Brayden, Samuel, Mike, and the crane operator (and anyone else I may have forgotten to mention) were all professional and respectful. They treated our home with care, covering our floors and appliances to ensure no mess was left behind. Overall, I canâ t recommend Simply Cooling Heating Plumbing highly enough. They delivered top-notch service and made a stressful situation much easier. If you need HVAC work, this is the company to call!

It was after hours and I called multiple places that wouldnâ t come out. It was 89 in my house and I knew my family and I wouldnâ t make it through the night with that heat. I finally got ahold of Casey at Simply who by the way had excellent customer service. Casey put me on a brief hold and within minutes told me she would have someone out to me within 30 min. The service tech came and my unit was repaired and it works as good as new.

I called and spoke with Casey for an air repair and my service agreement was expired, so I purchased a new one and she was so helpful and sweet.

Iâ ve spoken with Casey a few times now dealing with Simply and I find her to be very nice and patient. I meant to leave a review weeks ago but never got around to it. I appreciate her helping me and scheduling me for someone to come out. The whole staff at Simply is great.
