I have a couple old swamp coolers and one needed fixed . Iâ ve been putting it off for a long time and decided to go ahead and get it done. I was looking for a company that could work within my budget. I called Simply and talked to Casey and she got me on the schedule and got someone out same day. Coolers are fine and I am a happy customer !

I needed my coil replaced and I called Simply to take care of it for me. I spoke with the office first and I got transferred to Casey who then put me on the schedule same day. She also called 45 mins prior to them arriving which I was grateful for. Everything is great now!

I needed my air unit fixed and needed it fixed quick. I called around to different companies when I stumbled upon Simply and spoke with Casey. She was able to point me in the right direction since I dont know what was needed. I was so grateful for her insight and help. The tech was at my front door within a couple hours and my service was complete that day. Thank you simply and casey for your hard work.

Customer service at Simply is really a great experience. I needed some plumbing done and got on the phone with Casey to get it scheduled. The process was easy and quick. A tech came out and helped me with my faucets. Everything is working good!

I was in a panicâ ¦ my unit took a dump and I needed a whole new air conditioner, Casey was able to walk me through the process and had a tech out to me within the hour. Simply honestly had the best service anyone could ask for. I called at a late hour and someone answered the phone and told me they could get me on the schedule for the next day which they did. I called back that morning and spoke with Casey and she told me someone would be out between 8-10 and they were right on time. Thanks!

Getting an AC company to come out to my house on a Sunday was extremely difficult. I called and spoke with a couple ladies at the office and I think one of their names was Caseylynn and she assured me that someone would be out the same day. Whoever was on call. He came out and helped me with the install paperwork and we got it done the very next day! I will be using Simply again!

I would like to say that it has been 120 out in Vegas and I really needed my AC fixed and with me being on a fixed income...I needed something cheap and quick. Simply AC came out the same day and Casey called me an hour ahead of time to let me know someone was coming. A lot of companies just send people without calling first. I will be back :)

I have been so frustrated lately with AC companies until I found Simply AC. I looked at home advisor because I have had heard great things from my friends by using them instead of Google. My air has been messed up for weeks and when I called Simply I spoke with Casey and she guided me in the right direction by getting someone out to see me today. Thank you so much Casey!

BEWARE! THESE PPL HAD NO INTEREST IN FIXING MY AC, THEY JUST WANTED TO CON ME INTO PURCHASING A NEW UNIT! I paid this company come out to my house to give me a written estimate of what it would cost to get my ac REPAIRED. They came out looked at the a/c, then sent me over an estimate for a replacement unit for $14,000. I reached back out to them and reminded them that I asked for a repair estimate, not a replacement estimate because the repair was going through my home warranty, and they needed a written estimate from a contractor to reimburse me for the repairs. They then told me that my ac couldnâ t be repaired, it HAD TO BE REPLACED. So I asked her again to send me over which components her tech found that were broken/not working. She then told me that I had to pay extra for a written estimate. I reminded her that I already paid for the estimate. She then wrote me an email saying that â they opt not to give me a repair estimate, and will only send me a replacement estimate because the unit is beyond repairâ . I called a different ac company, and the new company fixed it the same day (replaced the capacitor), and the a/c is working fine now.

They were great with customer service and price.
