I almost made it through this summer with the unit I had that I knew I was needing to replace soon. I called around and Casey at Simply was the company I choose because of the efficient time. I was told they could be out in just a few hours. Price wise I knew roughly what to expectâ ¦ the customer service from Casey, to the tech was excellent. My install went seamless and I wasn't pushed to add anything other than what I needed. I would recommend and I appreciate the great service!

I called Simply to get some prices and the staff was really nice. Casey got me on the schedule for a Maintenance check and she even went as far as asking me how my weekend was. Things like that equal great customer service.

I donâ t write review's, but I think people need to know about the customer service at Simply. I called in for a repair and spoke with Casey (sweetest soul ever) besides that. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to trying to figure out what I need. I needed a service on my air unit and she had a technician out to me same day! Everyone I encountered at Simply was amazing. And huge Thank you and yes I would recommend to anyone and definitely be back when Iâ m in need!! 5 STARS!!

Simply had the best prices around. For the install that I needed done and the number of techs here to do it, they were my last option and they really came through for me. I talked to Kaci in the office and I felt comfortable from the very beginning. I always use Simply moving forward.

I am going to start this review off by saying. I would recommend Simply to anyone in need!!! Casey has impeccable customer service and the work they do is legit and financially affordable! The payment plan Casey helped me set up was great, I was so worried about how I was going to pay for a brand new unit. I love that Simply offers this type of plan. Thank you for all your hard work!!

The worst thing to happen is to come home and find out the air conditioner took a dump. Thanks to Casey at simply when I called she assured me she would have someone to me same day, I was very surprised. I thought Iâ d have to wait atleast 24 hoursâ ¦. She called me back in 1 hour to let me know a tech would be to me within the hour. I was very happy with the time frame and communication with Casey and Simply. Would recommend

Casey was great to talk to....Simply Communicates very well and they like to educate people as well which I find great. They also offer Maintenance agreements so you can properly take care of your air conditioning.

Quick and fast service! Always someone available to answer the phone. Casey has helped me the past couple times and she is a pleasure to speak to over the phone! Excellent!

I needed a quick service to my air conditionerâ ¦ I called multiple places and Simply was the most I inexpensive and seemed the most reliable. When I called I spoke with Casey who was so helpful and insightful. She promised a tech would be to me within 2 hours and she did not disappoint! She called me an hour before their arrival time and when the tech got there my unit was repaired within 2 hours. I am so grateful I called simply!!

I had some issues with my AC last weekend and before I knew it my coil was burnt. I instantly called Simply and wanted to get someone out to my house asap. Casey sent a tech to my house within a couple hours and I was extremely satisfied with how quick it was. I have used Simply for a long time and it was nice to see how good of people work there.

They came fast when I called to tell then AC is not working. But, there were issues like fuse not working, leak in attic, draining pan cracked in less than a year after the new system was installed by them. They did not communicate with owner but with tenant. I had to call and text them many times to get the draining pan replaced.

I had same day service and not only were the techs very nice but the office at Simply was extremely helpful as well. I spoke with Casey and she directed me into a less stressful way of thinking when it came to my AC being out. Guys came out and installed a new one same day. I appreciate them!!!!

Came home one day it was extremely hot saw simply had some really great reviews here on home advisor called into the office a lovely young lady names Michelle assisted me and hot me scheduled in no time. Thank you

I shopped around when I knew I was in need of a service done to my air unit. I came across Simply and called and spoke to a helpful customer service lady named Casey. I told her about my concerns for my air unit and she assured me it wouldnâ t be a problem to have someone out to my property within 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised because I was thinking atleast 24 hours before someone should up. She called me about 30 min prior to the tech showing up which made it helpful of havong having to wait around. I appreciate their quick response and amazing customer service!! I would def recommend this company!

When I called I spoke with a young lady named Casey who reassured me someone would be out that night. She called me back in 10 min and let me know a tech would be to me in 1 hour. I was so thankful! I came home from work and my house was warm I immediately had anxiety with knowing it was going to be expensive to repair. I called Simply and spoke with Casey who was so sweet and helpful! She was able to get a tech out to my home in a timely manner and to my surprise it was only a quick repair not a whole new unit. I was pleased and happy I wasnâ t oversold.
