My neighbor has used Simply for a couple years now and I decided to go ahead and try them and it was a good decision. They made the install happen the same day. Very pleased. Spoke with the office staff and Casey. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

I had to get rid of my old AC unit so I called Simply and they came out the same day. The timing was perfect and the customer service was perfect. I spoke with Casey who was patient with me during the whole process. I will be using Skmply again

We recently got a new AC unit and we were having trouble with the paperwork. Kim helped me walk through the process. She was so helpful and patient with me. I do not do well with computer things but she explained each step and we got through it together.

Me and wife called Simply cause we saw all the great reviews online. We called after hours and got Kim. She was so knowledgeable and got a technician out t my home that night and they came back the next morning with the part needed and installed in. I need a service for my unit it was making a noise I called simply and they got someone out to me fast and got me taken care of in no time no more noises coming from my ac if you call in ask For Michelle she was fast and very sweet

I called Simply Air at 6AM on 7/23 because my AC went out the day before. Before 8:30AM Gavin was at my home. He did a comprehensive diagnosis and presented me with options for repair or replace. The day before I checked into pricing for a new HVAC and Simply Air offered a good deal. I asked when they would be able to replace, he said around 1PM. I said today? Gavin said yes today. The installers, Brayden & Rudy, showed up at 1PM (the crane was running a bit late) by 4PM I'm up and running. The staff, Gavin, Braden and Rudy were professional. knowledgeable, efficient and all worked together as team every step of the way, it was quite impressive seeing them in action. And Gavin is not a salesman, he is actually my tech that will be doing my seasonal tune ups and service calls. Thank you Simply Air, I'm glad I found you.

I normally dont write reviews but I feel that Simply needs the attention they deserve!! First I will start with Casey and her impeccable customer service.. her attention to detail and her honesty and just overall demeanor was top notch and now for the service I only waited for about 1 hour and 15 min before someone showed up to access what I needed done. I was not oversold and I was not conned into purchasing more than I needed. It was a simple fix to my air unit, I didnt feel pressured into having to purchase a new unit since mine was a bit old. They gave me their recommendations and let me decide! When I do need a new unit I will be back for sure!

Simply was a great company to work with. I believe I spoke to Casey in the office and she informed me that the techs were on the way and she also sent my registration forms within a week. I feel like that is pretty good if you ask me! Thank you Simply!

I want to say thank you to Simply and the team for such amazing work. I woke up in the middle of the night to find my air conditioner stopped. I called Simply first thing in the morning and Casey was greatâ ¦ she walked me through the financing process and made it simple. I live on a fixed income so being able to finance was great! I was up and running in now time and it was such a simple process. I would definitely recommend Simply AC to anyone in need.

I thought I would make it to the end of the hot season but not to my surprise I did not. I was recommended to Simply from a family member and gave them a call after business hours and spoke with Casey who got all my info and had a a service guy out to me same night. He assessed my issues on the unit and let me know he would be back first thing in the morning. Casey called me again the next morning and let me know someone would be on the way. I was pleased with the communication and service I received.

I needed what I thought would be a long lengthy expensive process. I called and talked with Casey at Simply AC she stayed in communication with me until about an hour before the tech arrived which is nice because I was not waiting around for hours like I have in the past with other companies. All I needed was a repair which I was ecstatic about because I was thinking I would need a whole new unit. I didnt feel over sold and was no t being pressured into purchasing more than I needed. I came home from work to find a hot and stuffy house. Ive used Simply before so I called them immediately when I called casey answered, I havent spoken with her before but she was professional and knew what she was talking about.
