We just needed something small done for our thermostat. We decided to call Simply and get it taken care of because we have heard of them before. When we called in, we spoke to Casey and she got us on the schedule for a technician to come out we are very happy with the outcome.

These guys ROCK! My AC stopped blowing. I had Simply come out and check. Kim the dispatcher kept me up to date with the status of my call. They did miss my 2 hour time frame that the customer service rep gave to me but Kim just kept giving my updates and that really helped me out since I wasn't at the house cause it was to hot to sit there.

This company is so amazing, They found my compressor under manufactures warranty. Worked with me about the pricing for labor only since that's not covered anymore.
