When Daryl called me he remembered that he had come to my house before. He has a very good memory. Daryl's responses were quick and prompt. He gave different options how to resolve the problem. He repaired the broken one. He noticed one of the motor had a leak in another unit, which was under warranty. The next day he picked up the new motor and replaced it. I even signed up annual maintenance with the company.

Simply A/C came by within about 2 hours and got my A/C running overnight. Unit had to be replaced and they arrived by 800 AM the next morning with new A/C unit. Replacement completed the same day. Very impressed with speed and professionalism.

They are life savers!!! Literally Only took them 5 minutes to respond after I put in the request at HomeAdvisor.. then only took them 45 minutes to get to my house on a Sunday after 6:40 PM!!! It only took Mike a couple of minutes to properly diagnose the problem and have me up and running in less than an hour!! If you need a professional,honest air conditioning and heating company with excellent Customer service and response time, just call these guys, you won t be disappointed.

I was very impressed. Darryl came to my home in time, thoroughly checked my AC and honestly let me know that there wasn't much he could or would do with my unit at this time. We discussed replacing it rather than putting money into a very old unit. He explained everything to me and didn't even charge me a consultation fee. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
