 + -1 moreWhen these guys failed to show up for their scheduled appointment I should have known better, but, being new in the area I phoned them and after many attempts they finally called back. It was like pulling teeth to get them to show up. When they did show up they actually did most of the work. They had to order another part to install the second TV and said they would be back the following Thursday. You guessed it, they came back. After repeatedly phoning them Carlos finally answered and said he would come out the same day. He never did come out. This is definitely the worst service or NON service I have ever experienced.BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. GET SOMEONE ELSE.

 + -1 moreNo show, no call, no follow-up. Seriously? In this economy? No problem, I'm sure someone will be happy to do this work and take my money.
Description of Work: Called on Monday June 29 to schedule a "walk through" to discuss specifics of install project. Spoke to Carlos and scheduled appointment for Tuesday June 30th between 3 and 4 pm. Waited Tuesday from 3 till 5 pm. At 5 pm called and was transferred to VM.
