They did a good job. They were able to come when we called them within just a few days. They were very professional. They did pretty much most of my house. Their pricing was reasonable. If there were places that needed to be redone or spots that needed to be worked on, they would do that and work on that. They came when they said they would. They were professional.

This company showed up without water, and they were pressuring me into upgrading services that I did not want. They got dirt all over the corners of all of the walls from the hose and also dragged it across the white stone on my fireplace. They completed the job in only about ten minutes and I would basically say that they vacuumed rather than actually cleaning the carpets because they put no effort into cleaning. They didn't even bother to lift up cables on the floor to clean under. The condo is currently empty which should've made the cleaning easier. The carpet is still in the same condition than before they started.

The cleaning itself was average. It was a terrible amount that they charged me. The original amount was $59.95 for 3 bedrooms and shampoo, it ended up being $669.16. I also had 5 area rugs that they took outside and they never came back to put them up. I had to call the next day. I am totally upset.

The stains that they removed looked horrible and I had a very bad experience with them. When I told them to redo the job they refused. They just did a mess. The price was very high.
