Description of Work: We added shutters to 10 windows and 2 doors and they look amazing. Ron delivered earlier than expected and I am truly grateful for the beautiful shutters that they installed. Ron is amazing to work with and I 110% recommend him without hesitation. He is professional, friendly, trustworthy and his actions speak louder than his words. That is priceless. Thank you Shutter House!!

+ -1 moreThe shutters chosen are very good looking, and fit in with the rest of the exterior perfectly. The sales people were helpful in assisting us select them, and installation only took one day. There were some nicks in a couple of the shutters, though and they would not come back to paint these areas over. We went in and asked for the touch up paint, and they made us pay for it. They were rude about it, and did not seem to care that we were upset. If thousands of dollars are spent, the company should behave in a more professional manner.
Description of Work: Shutter House installed wooden shutters on two large eight foot by six foot picture windows, and two sliding patio doors, that are nine feet long, and seven feet long, respectively.

+ -1 moreThe shutters had some staples that were missing and they replaced them under the warranty. We were only charged for the service call, which was great. They came to our home to inspect the shutters and found the staples missing.
Description of Work: We had staples replaced on the interior of our window shutters. There were about thirty shutters in all.
