+ -1 moreA headache. The technician, Ron, came on a Sunday to fix my heat pump. He diagnosed the problem and said it would take about two days to get the part. After numerous phone calls and excuses, he finally came back a week later to install it. The company later sent me a false invoice, attempting to double bill me for the work.
Description of Work: Replaced a relay switch on my heat pump through my home warranty company, AHS.

+ -1 moreRefrigeration Service had done a very good job with our system. I didn't think there was anything wrong with the system, except that it needed cleaning. The guys were very friendly and I was very happy with the job they had done.
Description of Work: They did an inspection and minor cleaning on my furnace.
