Sgt. Smith imbued me with confidence because he clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything to me every step of the way. Additionally, he was engaging and pleasant and, most importantly, professional. I wanted to know the cost before I started and he told me. He was reasonaable and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend him and, if need be, I will utilize his services without hesitation.

Evaluated 3 problem door hinges and repaired. 1 door handle extremely difficult, but he spent the necessary time to repair it. Very knowledgeable.

I called on Friday for locksmith service, the call was transferred to a tech. He couldn't arrive on Friday and asked to schedule on Sunday. He never showed and never called.

Ron Smith did an excellent job repairing our front door locking mechanism which had been sticking and was getting to be very annoying. He was right on time as scheduled and did an excellent job repairing our front door locking issues and clearly exceeded my expectations. Totally pleasant experience. I called Ronnie very early in the morning when I realized that my key only worked in one of my four locks. He told me he could be at my house in about 1.5 hours gave me a half hour window of when he wound arrive - he arrived within the timeframe he gave me and called to let me know when he was about 10mins away. He re-keyed all four locks, two of which had multiple (or odd, not sure which) cylinders. Gave me the two keys that came with the job and made an extra one at my request. The job took about 40 mins due to the two odd locks. Ronnie is a very pleasant, professional and efficient young man and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Ronald re-keyed the door locks at my rental, I lost the key so he had to drill the locks out, he is very dependable and was at the house on time. His prices are very good and hard to beat, I would highly recommend Him!!

He was very good. He did it quickly and he did a very good job. He was a little pricey, but that was okay. He did just 10 minutes of work. He was outstanding. He was professional. He came here on time. He was very nice. I would tell a friend or a family member that he was really good and he really knew what he was doing.

Could not get door opened. Phoned Sergeant Smith based on Angie's List reviews. He arrived when promised. Difficult repair, successfully done. The lock was a rare one that would have been difficult to replace if repair was not sucessful.
