Ron arrived on time as agreed. He was very professional. He determined what needed done and within 45 minutes he was finished. All the locks work great. I am very pleased and I would call him again in a minute. His price was excellent; I was expecting to pay more as that is what usually happens when you hire someone new and they overcharge (because they can). Thank you Ronald for being fair and honest. i called for help on a Saturday, and Chris came out the same day. He was very respectful, pleasant, and professional. He worked quickly and neatly. I had originally called another company first, but when they didn't call back within a couple of hours, I called Chris and he called back immediately. I'm glad it worked out that way; next time I will call him first!

Mr. Smith returned my initial call the same day and we arranged for service the next day. He called when on the way and arrived on time. He disassembled the faulty mechanism and with some adjustments had it working perfectly in no time at all. He could have charged me for a whole new lock assembly and I wouldn`t have known any difference. But he said it wasn`t needed. He insured my wife and I both operated the door and lock assembly to insure they worked to our satisfaction. I admire his honesty and professionalism and am appreciative of his demeanor with us "senior citizens".

Chris was great! He arrived ahead of schedule (on a Sunday) and gave good advice about re-keying our locks. The price was fair, the work was neat and through. We definitely recommend his services.

Called the office, Ronnie answered and I asked him about security deadbolt locks and burglaries in Las Vegas. He was on-point and honest telling me the realities of how people break into homes and that even if I were to by an expensive, un-pickable lock that a burglary would take place most likely by kicking open the door. Ronnie recommended the safest medium priced lock set which i picked up at home depot and gave me the Angie's list special on the service. He was very down to efficient and even brought out a "key duplicating machine" which he had manufactured to make duplicate keys on the spot. Ronald's schedule was full and he couldn't repair my car by the time I needed him to. He was able to recommend me to a different company and advised I would be 100% satisfied with the company. I was pleased with the recommendation and it was fantastic in every way. Ronald even gave me a follow up call to see how the recommendation went.

I expected A LOT as I had just signed on with Angie's List. I was blown away by just how much i NEEDED ANGIE!, I was actually a little late (my bad) but Ronnie acted like he would have waited all day if needed. He worked quickly and efficiently but was still able to talk to me about my rental, offering some great info that would be helpful to me, whether it was general info or tips when hiring others from Angie's. Prompt, polite, Did Great Work and spiritual too!

This company is wonderful! I contacted Ron at 2:00 on a Friday in order to get a quote for rekeying our new house. He was incredibly polite and friendly! The initial quote included a service fee of $39 (very reasonable),and 3 rekeyed locks ($10 each) with keys included--outstanding price. He asked when it would be convenient to schedule and said that he could be here in 30 minutes if desired--wow!! When Ron arrived, he was professional and immediately got to work, but when the work was done, we had a great time just chatting with him about the local area ( since we're new here and don't know a lot about the area). Considering his work, he was quick, clean and explained a strange feature of our locks that we would have otherwise not known. I was 100% satisfied with this experience and absolutely recommend Ron.

I called Ron on a holiday weekend and he was able to come to my house within 30 minutes. He fixed the latch and adjusted the plate on the door jamb to make it work even easier. He is friendly, personable and not expensive. If I need a locksmith again, I will definitely give him a call.

Based on AL grades, even with a single F score, I decided to try Sergeant Smith when I needed to rekey a new home just after purchase. Although another AL highly rated locksmith did respond to my call almost immediately, I delayed hoping to hear back from Sergeant Smith. I was unable to wait more than a couple of hours and ended up going with the other provider. SS amazingly called back some three days later with a voice mail that was essentially "Sorry, somehow we missed your call...still need us?" Well of course I didn't. For a locksmith to miss such a call and then be so blase many days later about the apology makes them unacceptable as an option.
