I chose Sergeant Smith because of good reviews. No response from 2 messages left on voicemail. I understand things happen and the ball gets dropped. In all fairness I could not rate lousy. I had to find another company and ask for refund.

They came right away, it was within a day or so. They came earlier. I sort of gave them a week or so, but he had a opening so he came right over here.

The gentleman changed all the locks that I paid for as well as the locks on my garage door to match all of the doors.

I called after a burglary at my residence. My insurance agency referred me to Angie's List. I called and got signed in and received referral from customer service (helping out a first time user). R. Smith rescheduled his morning appointment to fit me on an emergency basis, showed up in short order, and was able to rekey 13 locks that morning, replacing some that couldn't be rekeyed because the keys for the doors were stolen or missing. He also repaired two locks that were improperly installed, one by another locksmith. He was very courteous and professional. His prices for Angie's List customers is very reasonable; much less than what I paid for my last emergency call for one broken lock. I will definitely call this company again.

I bought the deal on Angie's List and made an appointment for them to come to my house to re-key my locks for the house my wife and I bought. Great service, Ron was outstanding and he was on-time and very professional. Once he was finished with my locks I asked if he could go to my other house to repair a door handle. He had another appointment to go to so I sent an appt with him for another day. He came the other day and repaired my door lock and handle.
